I wish I could give Wyatt Works ten stars. We had multiple plumbing issues that needed to be addressed, and Ricky and Jackson did a fantastic job. They were honest and professional, and my final invoice ended up being less than the quoted price! Highly recommend.

I was the second appointment of the day for the Saturday crew of Dan and Jess. I received three updates from the office on their ETA. They were quick to diagnose the main issue and offered me a written estimate of the job. I said yes and they worked continuously for 4 hours until the job was completed. I was given before and after pictures of repair. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called WyattWorks Plumbing because I had not one, but two toilets that had water running. Appointment to come to my house was made right away. Every one on the phone that I spoke to and texted with, was very friendly and welcoming. Pete Jahnke came to my home, which was one of the companies service men, to fix both toilets. Pete was so awesome! He was friendly, professional and timely. The company even sent a little bio about Pete that was informative and fun to know about him. He looked at what needed to be done and gave me a great estimate for the work. Both toilets were fixed perfectly in under an hour.
I am very happy with the service I received today. I will be calling WyattWorks Plumbing in the future for all of my plumbing needs. Thanks again Pete for your great service and may God bless you with much success in all you do!

Edward was extremely professional. 100% focused on task and well organized in explanation of options for the natural gas water heater as to repair and/or replacement. Excellent communicator. Friendly. Speaks clearly, readily understood and adjusted to my level of knowledge. Provided 4 quotes for options.

Ricky was very courteous, professional and made ever effort to make sure the work was completed correctly. He went out of his way to provide excellent customer service which I sincerely appreciated. He guaranteed the work which is also important. I highly recommend him.

Chad was very efficient, knowledgeable and thorough! Would not hesitate in having him back. Took necessary steps to contact his manager when an unusual situation came up...did everything he could to determine what the problem was to be able to give us options. Excellent experience! Our installation required some challenging adaptations to our home’s architecture that took a great deal of time, energy and patience to get right. David, our primary installer, and Gene who joined with hardware and additional expertise were consistently positive, professional, and dedicated to successfully completing the complicated operation.

I had a leaking hose bib on the back of my house. I had several different companies come out to quote the replacement/repair. The first provided a quote with no information on why the price was so ridiculous. The second provided an equally ridiculous price, but explained that the new faucet would require a larger hole through the exterior wall, thus the ridiculous price.

Edward agreed that the best option would be a frost free replacement that would require a larger hole in the wall. He offered me a couple of options and quoted atll three. In the end,the frost free quote was a$100 less than the prior quotes. He did the work on the spot. Cleaned up inside and out. He also showed me how I could do the replacement in the future! Edward took the time to make sure I understood what he would be doing, how it worked when he was done and how to manage things in the future!

I had out of state visitors at my house when Edward came by. They were very impressed with his professionalism, ability to complete the work on the spot and care that he exercised at my home.

I would gladly recommend Wyatt Works and Edward to any one!

Chad was amazing & honest! I thought I had a leaking pipe, but it ended up being an issue with my grout in my shower/ tub. In the end, no repairs for now, but I have a comprehensive list of things to watch for future repairs so I can plan for them. I will be calling Wyatt Works when the time comes.

I have used Wyatt several times and I am never disappointed. This time I had a leak in the ceiling and they were out the next day to locate and repair. In the course of this repair there was a need to have the water department shut off the water which delayed their progress but this was not a Wyatt related delay. Even during the wait for the water department Jean stayed late and checked in each day to see if the water had been turned off and once it had promptly returned to complete the work. I cannot say enough about Jean who was always smiling even though there were points where I would have been frustrated in his shoes. He explained everything in depth and did flawless work. Due to events outside of my control, I have been a fairly frequent customer of Wyatt works and while I wish for no more reasons to call them, would not hesitate for a moment to do so.
