Ricky from WyattWorks Plumbing came to help fix my sink. We were having an issue where the water was draining slowly through our disposal and would start filling up the sink after 20 seconds. Everything I read online about this problem said it was most likely the disposal, which is a very expensive problem to fix. Ricky identified the issue within 10min of investigation and it was just a problem with a faulty air valve in the piping. He taught me a lot about how everything should work and helped prepare me for future problems that could occur. Super professional and reasonably priced compared to other plumbing companies. Would definitely recommend.

Edward was AWESOME!!!! Very professional from the get go. He introduced himself and explained how everything was going to go. He never pressured me into doing anything I didn't want to do. He was able to replace both hot water tanks in only a few hours and his work was top notch. I highly recommend you give Wyatt Works a call if you need any plumbing issues taken care of. I scheduled an appointment to have an estimate conducted for major repair on my sanitary line. The company scheduled the appointment with an open ended time frame (all day). Their service kept in contact with me to provide updates as to when I could expect the estimator to arrive. At 1PM I was informed that the estimator was not available for the remainder of the day and would not be available again until almost a month.

I have never experienced such poor handling of prospective customers in my life. If you aren’t able to make the appointment and then suggest an appointment for one month later, then I’m not sure the company handles its business in a forthright manner and my trust that the job would be done correctly has gone out the window.

Mike O. Is the best plumber I’ve ever encountered in 63 years. It was clear that Mike is experienced and has an indomitable work ethic. I benefitted from his wealth of knowledge. I really need 10 stars to reflect my total satisfaction! Mike exceeded my expectations in all categories. He also fixed a couple of little things that probably don’t mean much to the plumber, but mean a lot to me. Mike was patient and answered all of my questions in a manner that a laymen can understand. He also gave me insight about what to do or not do, with an eye to the future. Ultimately, I saved money just from his insights. Mike O. Of WyattWorks is now going to be my plumber, for life! AMAZING SERVICE! Both techs were A+ fantastic. Everything from their work ethic, kindness, explanations, and options on fixing the issues, were EXACTLY how a business should be run. I was blown away by how wonderful both men were. They fixed what they said they would and the price was MORE than fair. I’d hire them in a heartbeat again! Best service Ive ever had from a plumbing company, hands down!

This company was recommended by a friend who had some work done by WyattWorks Plumbing. I could not be more pleased with the job that Mike and Dan did for me. Storm lines are running free and clear. After seeing what they looked like initially thru the See Snake camera, this was definitely money well spent. The two guys spent almost 4 hours on site (start to finish), and they did a very thorough job !!!

I was stunned that I received same day service! The office staff was extremely friendly and very efficient. They literally kept me posted every one to two hours and when I missed a phone call, they followed up with text messages and a second phone call. Larry arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. He quickly explained everything to me and answered multiple questions that I had with other plumbing issues that had nothing to do with the service call! He reiterated to me that customer service and relationship is of the utmost importance to them, on top of doing their jobs thoroughly and correctly. When they say that Wyatt Works trucks arrive with everything they need, they're not kidding! I will definitely use this company again, not only for my personal home, but also for the rental homes that I have in Cleveland.

Edward did a wonderful explanation of everything and checked out the main water line and checked for gas leaks and made sure all was safe in our home. Well done! He was very knowledgeable and professional.

As a first time home owner, when anything goes wrong in your home it's extremely scary. Especially when it has to do with a gas line. Thankfully my wife and I were recommended to use Wyatt Works by our friends and we are extremely happy they did. Ricky was on time and extremely professional with how he handled himself and everything at our home. We are currently in the process of moving in when we noticed a gas leak at our stove and a leak in our half bath sink. He took care of both of them extremely quickly and was upfront and transparent about the cost and time of labor. He even went through my home and helped me identify some shut off valves for any possible issues in the future. I was even more thankful that Ricky helped identify some issues that could essentially cause me more headache down the road and will most definitely be scheduling those fixes soon. We had a great conversation about fixing issues before they occur because in the long run, it will save you the most money. I am again so thankful that we found Wyatt Works and will most definitely be using them in the future. Thank you Ricky!
