Everything about this appointment was great! It started with the person who answered the phone. When I was calling around getting prices/time frames etc. other companies receptionists were short & condescending with me, she was not. She was patient, answered all my questions without making me feel like I was wasting her time (or a dummy) & there was not a weeks long wait to get a person to my house. Even if they would have been more expensive (they were not) I would have chosen this place simply because of this first impression. The repairman himself was polite, efficient & thorough. We had an easy fix, but he reviewed everything else just to make sure he got it all & didn't try to sell us something we didn't ask for. I will definitely call them again the next time I have an AC problem.

Had a tech out to check why my AC wasn't cooling. They changed a capacitor without asking me and billed me for it even though the unit showed no apparent signs of needing a new capacitor. The unit started fine... The fan motor was operational...etc... it was just blowing warm air. Whatever. Let that slide. They then suggested I get all new duct work through the attic and a new AC unit because mine was "on its way out" and the duct work wasn't sized right....and they gave me a very steep quote and left my AC unit still not working right...
I asked why the new duct work was also needed and they claim the previous installers sized it wrong. I began asking them questions about static pressure and they looked at me shocked that I knew about these things. Being a previous tradesman, and current engineer, I'm not entirely stupid....
Had another company come out and they asked me-- before refilling the coolant.
Works great now. 👍

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! I could not be more pleased with my experience with Matt's Heating & Cooling. I called in the morning and they were able to send a service technician that same day. The technician was pleasant and courteous. He was very informed about my Trane system and located the problem. Super!!

The AC Technician that came out Today was polite, swift, explained everything to me in detail, and also showed me what the problems were. I appreciate all of what he has done Today. In addition, the cost of the total repairs and equipment was very realistic. Thank you!!

Matt's crew installed a 22 kw generator, they did a great job. Very professional, in uniform, couldn't be happier.. highly recommend them for any job.
