Ordered 7 Ranco controllers 4 weeks ago. After sending an email I find out they are on backorder. They said would ship 10 days ago. Now no answering email or phone call I made. Asked for tracking # or refund...no money in account 10 days later and no controllers. Buy from these guys at your own risk

Bought a Ranco from them. They sent the package to the wrong address. Never responded to three emails and three phone messages. I lost $100.***Update***As of 4-20-17 ETC Supply has sent a replacement order. Communication issue.
