We were on the list for three weeks with another local plumbing repair business, called Washam on a Monday and they came out on Wednesday. They had to cut the drywall, but were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves! Very pleased with their service and response time! Highly recommend!!

We just had a furnace and heat pump installed by Jimmy and 2 other technicians. We are already so pleased by the quality and performance of our new units! Not to mention they got the job done in one day and left our home like they were never here maybe even cleaner then before! They were so polite and even made sure my dog didn’t escape at one point lol! We love the Washams and highly recommend their services! Their work is GUARANTEED!

Jake did a great job snaking a clog in the sewer line. Same day service and was very professional.

I hate leaving reviews like this but I have no choice. My landlord hired the company to look at my furnace because it wouldn't run, so the tech checks the pressure switch and comes to the conclusion that it is bad. He replaced it and then calls it good. Sure that fixed it so far but he Nevers checks anything else, no safety devices and most importantly the heat exchanger. My furnace is somewhere between 30-35 years oldit would be nice to make sure the heat exchanger is not damaged especially since the furnace was installed already being used. I was not very happy that important things were not checked. I could have said
something to the tech but it wasn't my place since my landlord was the one who hired the company but I did mention it to my landlord more than once.
While my landlord has no knowledge about furnaces, I do and know what should be checked. From now on I will just fix my furnace myself whenever possible as long as I can get the parts because apparently companies can't be trusted to check very important things that absolutely need to be checked.

Have used Washam for years , recently they replaced my well pump and serviced the pressure tank .
They were prompt getting the job done and did an excellent job .

We only use Washam for our plumbing. They replaced replaced our water heater. They went out and got a new heater and took our old leaking heater with them. Fast and efficient.

Josh was our service tech. Very helpful, got the job done. We'll make sure to ask for him again.
