Technician told us we needed to replace our AC because it was too old. Had another company come out and they fixed it in 5minutes after a simple test. This company wouldn't return my call and feels that a partial refund is too much to ask for since they came out. We also have a furnace put in by them and they don't stand behind their work.Very unsatisfied!

My furnace stopped working when it was 0 degrees out and I have 2 toddlers. They had someone over immediately! Dave was very reliable, nice, and figured out what was wrong in no time! I definitely recommend!

Contacted Generac they recommend JP timmerman to do the install of a whole house generator. I contacted them to set up a appointment for a estimate at 4:30. I got held up at work I work at a dealership where customers always come first and was running behind. Got a phone call from Jeff I explained I didn’t mean to I got held up at work I had to take care of a customer. He was very rude on the phone and said fine I will wait I said ok be there roughly 15 minutes. I get home he was not there walk in and call him it was exactly 19 minutes after walking in and calling him. Left voicemail no return. Must not want my business so I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to use them and how horrible customer service they have.

We had a gas furnace and central air conditioning installed in April 2019 by a work crew from John P. Timmerman co. Dave and other employees from this crew were very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend this company and employees.

They were quick to come out with in 3 days of calling them. He was very polite. Got my quote in 2-3 days. Great company to work with.

Had the flame sensor go out on my furnace. The dispatcher sent a technician right out. Bob knew right away what was wrong fixed it in 10 minutes. He didn't drag it out to get more money. Super sweet technician ask fo Bob!

About a year ago, our heat went out while we were out of town and we came home to 40 degree temps in our house. It was almost 11 PM when I called, and it was in the middle of a bad snow/ice storm. I was blown away someone even answered the phone, let alone promised to get someone out to me that night. Our technician called to let us know he was on his way to a different job almost 30 minutes away, but promised to come get us before he called it a night... He didn't make it to our home until 1 AM and had the head running again before 2. I was so impressed at that kind of service. And the gentleman was friendly and upbeat despite the absolutely terrible working conditions. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone in need of heating or cooling assistance. You can't do any better than these guys in the Lima area.

We got an A/C unit in 2013. We have had nothing but problems with this unit. Every year something was wrong. Got nothing but a hassle from the people making appointments. Just about to give up on this company, but they came through. Dave (superstar)came out ran some test finds out the unit is junk. Mind you it going to be 88 in a few days. My dogs and I aren't happy campers. Wasn't for sure if Amana was going to honor their warranty. Timmermans got a new unit it gets here and find out it's the wrong one. To say the least I was mad. They knew it, they called Amana and amazingly they got the right one here that night. Poor Dave Haynie and Todd Clark knew how mad I was. They were here first thing Saturday morning got it installed and running in a matter of hours. Timmermans has redeemed themselves. Ty, Dave,Dave and Todd Thank you for everything great job.
