Roy and his son were very friendly an personable. They sowed up on time and did not try to sell me new equipment but fixed what I had.

If I could give this guy a lower rating than 1 star, then i would. We were told he would be at our house any time between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm, and he showed up a little after 3:00. While he was there, he was rude to us the entire time, and we could tell that he did not want to be here. He made this comment to us, “the only reason that I took this job was because I was already going to be in the area.” Once we got approved for the repair, he called us to say that he was not going to be paid enough money to do the job, so we could either try to get him more money, or he wouldn’t do the job.

Update 05.28.2019:
Owner of the company contacted me first thing this morning apologizing for the other day while he was looking at our unit. He further explained what exactly was happening with he and the Home Warranty company, but still asked what he could do to make things right with me. After to talking some more, he offered to come out to my house on Sunday to repair the unit free of charge to me. Owner ended up contacting me later in the day to tell me that he would instead be out first thing tomorrow morning to first our AC. I understand that things are crazy right now, and everyone is very on edge. I appreciate the fact that he called to make things right, and that he is making time on the weekend to fix our unit for us.

Roy's Mechanical did an excellent job installing a new air conditioner and furnace. They are meticulous with detail and very competitively priced.

Roy and Roy came over pretty quick and were very efficient while they were here. They told me the problems with my AC and told me how to take better care of the unit. Would recommend. 👍

Always have a quick response and result from roy. Always doing whatever it takes to keep his customers taken care of. Highly recommend him to anyone with havc needs. Thanks for all ya do roy.
