Roy was absolutely wonderful! We called because our furnace had stopped working, and he was able to come out the same day. He showed us exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. Budget friendly, very knowledgeable, on time, and a pleasure to work with.

Had an issue with our ac unit. Called and they were here within 5 hours, fixed the wire issue in 10 minutes and was cheap compared to other companies closer to me. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend using Roy Mechanical. Roy was very professional and a nice person. He wear shoe covers and mask before entering my home. He check my furnace and worked on my smart thermostat. I will be using them again for my yearly maintenance.

We were introduced to Roy mechanical via a home warranty company still active on our home. Just honestly the worst experience and life lesson to stick with the mechanic you know, not the one you get stuck with. We were very understanding and allowed our service to continue to go to the bottom of his list as we initially were not in dire need. Once installed, about 6 months later, we ran into not having proper parts and ran in the dead of winter on emergency heat and three months in a row of very high electric bills along with a home that just wouldn’t get comfortably warm. After install was actually complete, we had another very high bill after thinking it was all behind us. We then called the mechanic we trust and they found our exterior unit was just simply not connected or running. Now, another 6 months later our AC stopped working suddenly. Our mechanic found loose exterior caps and internal setting set improperly on install and fixed everything and added Freon. In Roys defense he was not the one who installed for us but he obviously has a very unreliable, unprofessional team lacking thoroughness.

Roy and his guys put in my new heating and cooling system, very pleased with the finished product. Will definitely recommend and use them in the furture.

Our AC stopped working 2.5 weeks after bringing home our newborn. Roy prioritized us for the day and came out about 25 minutes after talking to him. He was fast and efficient and solved the problem!
