KW Lang Mechanical

We are Greyhound Adoption of Ohio, located in Chagrin Falls. We've been using Stovicek / K.W. Lang for our heating and cooling for more than 10 years. We met them when we were contemplating adding air conditioning to our kennel. The greyhounds are very sensitive to heat and we really needed it but the cost was prohibitive for our small organization. They stepped up and provided the system at no cost! We've never used any other company for our heating and air conditioning service because we know we couldn't find anyone better. They are always prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. We can't say enough about the folks at Stovicek / K.W. Lang!

Shawan the technician was at our door at 8:00am as per the schedule - he was fast efficient, friendly and responsive - I would highly recommend KW Lang for any of your HVAC services - very professional and reasonably priced - I definitely recommend and will use Lang HVAC services again in future - Professional, responsive, friendly - when they say they'll be there at 8:00am they are there - no 6 hour windows leaving you to wonder if they're ever coming or not - Highly Recommended!!

We were impressed with the knowledge and sincerity of our salesman, Craig Pons, whose team performed just as he promised. The service team did a complete tear-down of our old system AND installed a high efficiency gas furnace and AC system in a single day. The team respected our property, cleaned up well & gave me all the time we wanted with operator instructions at the end of the day.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Craig Pons to identify the type of systems I need for my house based on my needs. Mr. Pons was the ultimate professional, provided me with various options and we decided on a complete system and the installation ensued in a very timely manner. The installation team tore down 2 complete systems (2 furnaces, 2 AC condensers, 2 humidifiers, refrigerant lines and electrical lines, etc..) and installed the 2 new high efficiency systems in two days. the work was done professionally and of the utmost quality.
Most importantly, Mr. Pons and the staff was very knowledgeable about the city codes, submitted the work permits and got approved, also filed warranty paperwork on my behalf as well as required documentation with the energy company.
The team was very respectful, kept the house very cleaned up well and ensured all my questions got answered before they left.
Highly recommend KW Lang, Craig Pons and the rest of the team for their quality work and will ensure the relationship continues with this service provider. Thank you.

Do not use this company. Installed a furnace for me in the dead of winter when I had no heat. I believe they did a faulty job connecting the furnace. I found water underneath the furnace so I called them to look at it. When I called I said I wanted them to look at the furnace to see if that was the problem since it qas still under warranty. I did not expect to be charged anything and made it a point to say this is a check of your equipment that is not even been installed a year.
I get a call after the fact and they tell me they did a service on my AC which they said was the problem. I did not authorize that work and my AC is under warranty to so that would have been fixed for free! I call the company to complain and they tell me since they "fixed" it I am obligated to pay whatever they charge. Well I am sorry but last time I checked the customer has to agree to the price before services rendered! He then tells me if I do not pay I cant use his company again, to which I think great I never want to see you people again. But the only problem is now they think they can get out of standing by their warranty! This company is very unethical, please beware and go elsewhere.

If you're looking for a company that truly cares you have found it. I have been routinely working with KW Lang since 2013 and I can recall a number of times they have acted in my best interest. Gina remembers me when I call, and the technicians are persistent in reminding me to maintenance my Air Conditioning and Heating so that system is efficient and my energy bill remains low and affordable. Finding someone to work on your HVAC system is like finding someone to repair your car. Find someone you can trust, and someone that cares. KW Lang is that someone.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Had a 1030 apointment scheduled the sale rep sat I the driveway for a couple of minutes then left said he was he was here15 minutes. Said he knocked I have two big dogs that would of stated barking if he knocked. Called to explain what had happened the person that was answering the phone with a total see you next tuesday.
