I called LRF Maintenance after my AC went out with the temps in the 90's I received same day friendly service. After about an hour they had the AC blowing cold air.

I noticed our air conditioner stopped working around 4:00 one Friday afternoon. I called and the repairman said he would be out in a little over an hour (they close at 5:00 pm). As promised he came and had it up and running by 5:30 pm and did not even charge me extra for working after hours! And, he was SO kind. This is an honest, caring, and know what they're doing business.

LRF was able to fit me in for an electric water heater install just hours after I contacted them. Very professional and reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Contacted LRF to have a furnace gas control valve converted over from propane to natural gas and the pressure adjusted in. The technician was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The price was reasonable and our furnace is running quite efficiently now.

Thought we’d made a non-emergency appointment to change out our sump pump. A service they advertise. Lrf didn’t show, didn’t text or email that they wouldn’t be here. Totally nonresponsive. Totally unreliable. I wouldn’t hire them to scoop the doggie poo in my yard. Avoid if at all possible.

I just hate the feeling when you don't get a price upfront and feel you have been taken advantage of. I questioned on him on a simple repair requiring a twenty dollar part and 15 minutes is $259. Response included his 401K, vacation time, health insurance, taxes?? Don't we all have these ,,but are they an excuse for charging as such.. Sorry, but never again sir..

The technician was speedy and knowledgeable. He showed me what the problem was, was able to fix it, and helped me understand how to keep it from happening again. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that is looking for HVAC services.

My air conditioner stopped working turned out my fan was burned out. They were able to quickly get me back up and running. I received an estimate from a competitor prior and am so close a got a second opinion. Save me money!
