This morning I contacted LRF Maintenance because our air conditioning was not working. We received excellent service and they had our air conditioning up and running in no time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I cannot express my thanks to LRF Maintenance enough. My furnace went out last night, the night before Christmas Eve. I was so worried about costs that I waited out the night with a space heater. I would have tried to wait longer since I was worried about the fees since this is the holiday but I have cats and I dog who need to be warm as well. Thankfully they picked up when I called this morning and were able to get my parts and repair my furnace before 2:30pm. I am sitting here warm and comfy looking at the Christmas tree thanks to Mr. Larry. The price was reasonable and the service was superb. He also told me what I need to do to keep everything working well. Thank you again LRF Maintenance and happy holiday!

Woke up Sunday morning and the furnace seemed to quit working. Called LRF Maintenance because it seemed that they were the only company open on Sunday. Larry answered and was at my door within the hour. He took a look and immediately knew how to solve the issue, the hard part was getting the parts supplier to open on a Sunday. He was diligent in getting the part we needed and had it fixed by early afternoon. He was courteous and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company to anyone. I know where I can get all my HVAC problems solved! Thanks Larry, thanks LRF for being there when my family needed you!

Larry is a wonderful person to do business with. We were referred to him by another satisfied customer and we feel so fortunate to have him doing the work in our home. Our first experience was over the 4th of July holiday and he was right here working to solve our problem. About a month later another situation popped up, and once again Larry was here. He is quick to respond, goes out of his way to take care of the problem, and it is obvious his customers come first. There is no one I would rather have then Larry doing our work. He explains things, takes time to come up with the best solution, and we feel confident and trust the advise he gives. The best thing we can say is that he is a kind man and cares about his customers. He is a good person.

I always hate it when I have to call Larry (three times in the past two years, twice for AC, once for heat) But he always responds quickly and gets the problem fixed in a timely manner...that's why I keep calling him. I can recommend LRF Maintenance without reservation. Even though I'm not looking forward to replacing the AC in a couple years, at least I received advance warning and can budget for it. :-)

Excellent service - Had my AC unit & Furnace replaced. My two installers definitely knew their stuff. I chose this company based on a recommendation from 2 friends, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them now too.

Another company said we needed an entirely new furnace, we called LRF to get a quote on a furnace and the guy fixed the furnace on the spot!

I probably would have gone with these guys for a new furnace because their cost was better than the competition (and much better name brands) but they ended up fixing it for a fraction of the price.

I will be using these guys from now on.

I highly recommend LRF. Larry is great and extremely thorough. He didn't just tell me what I needed to fix my problem but explained how it occurred and what I could do in the future to prevent it. I had called 4 other companied before finding LRF and all of them told me it would be at least 24-48hrs before they could be out .Larry was at my house in less than an hour. This is truly how a business should be run.

I'm not sure what else I can add to 42 five-star reviews, but I'll try. Larry helped me with replacing the compressor fan on my 25-year old RUUD A/C unit. I'm more of a do-it-myself type and he helped me anyway (on an evening before a holiday weekend no less). If you're considering having A/C or furnace work done and you're checking around for quotes, stop. Don't waste your time. Just give Larry a call.
