The guys at LRF Maintenance have been helping me for years. As a single mom with limited funds, they took care of me. Last week the furnace/air that they have helped keep running that was over 25 years old quit. They worked hard to provide the best unit possible within my budget. The new system was installed quickly with great service included. I just cannot say enough about this company. They have been a true blessing in my life and I would recommend them to anyone!
Larry and his crew are the best. Larry, Ross, and Rolando have all come out to install and maintain our system and we are very pleased with our initial purchase as well as the annual maintenance plan.
In 2016, we purchased an 18 seer communicating variable speed heat pump, a modulating/communicating furnace, whole house air filtration system, and humidifier from LRF Maintenance. We found them on the American Standard website. We conducted extensive research and spoke to several area heating and cooling professionals before choosing the American Standard system from LRF Maintenance. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Larry has been in the business for a long time and explained everything thoroughly. Larry stopped by with one of his installers before the equipment was delivered to look over the area where the system would be installed. They returned when the system was delivered by their distributor, as well as brought additional items they would need to ensure a smooth install on the following day. He has experienced technicians working with him, and they were all amazing. They were at our home over a two-day period. They arrived promptly and installed our system, and thoroughly explained the functionality. They were very neat and clean, as well as friendly and professional. They worked in our finished basement and made the necessary modifications to ensure efficient operation of the entire system, including a new lineset, adjustments to an existing bathroom exhaust fan outlet that was in the same area, installing a fresh air pipe, and modifying the return air flow.
We have been purchasing the annual maintenance plan and it is well worth it. They contact you when it is time to come out in fall and spring and go over the whole system. They are extremely responsive, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They take the time to really look at and test everything and explain exactly what is going on.
Over all the years that we have hired HVAC professionals, the team at LRF Maintenance far exceeds everyone else we've ever dealt with. It is reassuring to have a local provider of this quality and be confident you made the right choice. I have complete trust in them and would highly recommend LRF Maintenance.

His visit to assess our existing equipment was thorough and he fully explained the problems with our current system and why it could not be fixed. Removal, installation and clean up was professional.
A real estate agent recommended Larry. I bought a home with a really bad DIY installation. I wanted that cleaned up. I was also thinking about moving the outside AC unit. After Larry looked things over we decided on a new furnace with the existing AC. He gave me very fair quote. Bill and Ross came to do the work. They were great. They realized I was tech savvy and explained things to me at my level. And they realized that I was very interested in appearance because the old installation was so ugly. I watched them do most of the work and I noticed that every time they had a choice to make, they made the choice that was best, not the one that was easiest or fastest. It took them longer to do the work than they expected but I still only paid the original quote. Larry, Bill and Ross are the only ones I’ll use in the future.

Upon his visit Larry was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The price was reasonable and the service excellent! I made the right call... Highly recommended.
I had an AC problem this summer when temperatures where still reaching the 90s. LRF was quick to schedule an appointment that same day. The service tech was polite and professional and fixed the problem. I have called on this company twice and referred them to neighbors. I feel LRF is very honest and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work.
Larry was fast and efficient, coming out within a few hours of calling to fix my heat pump. He exceeded my expectations to have someone come out so quickly and diagnose and resolve the problem. Our air conditioner wasn't working this morning (Sunday) . We had called Canal Winchester Heating and Cooling, they were booked until Tuesday. I called LRF Maintenance, the owner, Larry answered the phone and came right out to fix the air conditioner for us. We will definitely call Larry again in the future.

Thay have always been quick to help out either by phone or by a service call. So, when our HVAC system failed in August 2014 I had Larry quote us a system (actually a few choices) as well as other reputable dealers I have used/known in the past. I probably over-analyzed the entire deal which is easy to do these days with the WWW and HVAC forums easily available 24/7. What it boiled down to was most all of the top of the line systems may have an issue. The real bottom line that I gleaned from the plethora of information was to “purchase” the installer, not the system. Great systems can be hacked in by poor installers. Larry went above and beyond to guide us through the process. Looking at the other reviews, I would say I didn’t get any extra attention because of our long standing relationship. Once we made our decision we set up an install appointment the following week. Of course, the A/C decided to fail earlier and Larry was nice enough to get to us sooner. Bill and Ross did and excellent job with the demo and install. While there the water heater gas valve failed and they changed that out as well! We bought the top of the line American Standard to replace our Lennox Pulse. We have had a comfortable 15 months of use through both cooling and heating seasons. I'm sure if there are any issues Larry, Bill, or Ross will be there quickly to get them fixed.
