Had them to our house 2 times for same plumbing issue. First 2 guys were very friendly and professional. Next group of guys to come out were very rude. No respect for our property. I feel they were upset with the job that needed done. Yes I know it's not fun work but come on your the plumber. Needless to say still having the issues so calling a different plumber today. They also installed a new furnace for us, when they came out to give an estimate Nick was helpful and professional but the installer was so rude and nasty. The way he installed the vent was unacceptable. My husband told him to hold on. He would run up to hardware and get the pieces to properly install the vent. 10-15 minutes later my husband was back with the parts but the technician already installed the vent. Because he didn't have the proper parts he used what looks like an entire tube of silicone to fill in gaps. They did come back when I called and tried to fix the vent on the outside of the house. Still not happy with it but I'm tired of dealing with them. Scott Wagner used to be the company to call when you wanted your job done correctly, not anymore. I'm sure they struggle like every other company, trying to keep quality employees.
