The technicians came out, did some troubleshooting. Figured out what needed to be replaced, went to the truck to get the part. Told me what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. And replace the faulty part. Very professional, quick. And a job is fixed. Very happy with the whole thing!

We woke up to a VERY COLD house this morning. Called Scott Wagner Plumbing and Heating at 7 am, expecting to leave a message. was pleasantly surprised when Miss Doris answered the phone. She gathered necessary information, told me that she could have someone out between 9-12. Service Technician arrived at 9:30 ish. Hayden introduced himself. Within 15 minutes he identified the issue. He told us that our furnace would need a new Infuser Motor Assembly. Knowing that he had this motor in inventory, he would need to return to the shop, come back and finish repair. Hayden had diagnosed exactly what was wrong with our furnace, repaired it, and was out the door by noon. Couldn’t be more pleased.
