Have heating/air problems, ask for Eric! He is the best ! Also Mr. Warnecke for a water system , you will not be disappointed! The only bad thing I can say is if you get on the yearly maintenance, they will call you when you have a scheduled appt. and want to change it , even during uneventful weather.

Charged $400 for a new spigot outside of my house, and did not finish sealing the new hole. On the plus side, the new spigot works.

Knueve and sons have taken care of my heating and cooling needs the past 20 years, so when we needed a new heating and cooling system they got the job. They did a top notch installation and we couldn’t be happier. It was obvious the installers were very knowledgeable and took pride in their work.

I was completely satisfied with how quickly the gentleman came and how he fixed our furnace. He put own booties before entering our home. The only thing I would recommend for the future is maybe having your service techs wear masks inside homes due to COVID -19.

May be the worst water equipment around. I used Knueve for over 2 years and from day 1 I had water problems. I had their techs out at my house probably 15 times trying to fix my water problem...they never were able to. I had techs show up over 2 hours late with no call. Had techs show up over 1 hour early with no call, banging on my Windows looking inside the house. I called a different company, who came out and tested my water. He gave me recommendations on what I should do...problem solved. I switched to that company. I will never use Kneuve or even recommend them. Terrible service, can't keep appointments, and they obviously have no clue what they're doing.
Update to my older review.....Knueve continues to amaze me with how incompetent they are. First off, I am over 4 months into my new equipment from a different water company and have zero issues with my water. Back to Knueve.....I haven't had Knueves junk equipment in my house in over 4 months yet I received a bill in the mail for $192 for my equipment rental. Funny thing is that Rodney Knueve himself took the equipment out of my house. I called them 2 days in a row and got no resolve. It took them a third day to call me to tell me that I didn't owe any money. No kidding?!? They obviously can't make water clean, now they can't run simple computer programs for billing. Knuevee is the absolute most incompetent company I have ever had service with.
Update to my other update..... I am now 9 months removed from having knueve equipment in my house and I am still receiving equipment rental bills. What a freaking ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!

The customer representative quickly found the air filter I needed from their sales record so I don't need to remember the part number. All my business interactions with Knueve & Sons is always a pleasant experience.
