Our A/C went out last night and I called Wojo's first thing this morning when they opened. Knowing that it's a Friday and has been very hot lately, I wasn't sure if anyone would be available. A Service Tech (Mike - he was great!) was at my house within two hours and did a thorough inspection of the situation and was able to get the A/C up and running. The A/C readings were actually great and couldn't find anything wrong with it so just to be sure, changed out the Thermostat header as a precaution as it wasn't coming on last night. It's working just fine now. Thank you so much Wojo's! Our dogs and us appreciate your service.

As always, the Wojo tech was on time, professional and personable. He fixed my A/C with no problem. I usually have the guys come twice a year to check my A/C and then my furnace as the seasons change. I would recommend them highly as they have integrity and are reasonably priced.

We just had our furnace serviced and Colin was the service tech. He did a great job. Took a lot of time going over everything and even did more by checking and cleaning our humidifier. Colin was very friendly, professional, and thorough. We were very pleased with the service we received.

I contacted Wojo’s as another individual installed my A/C system and never finished the job, they would not work on the system because it was someone else’s work and they couldn’t warranty it, I understood this and they pointed out all the issues that were present. I now have a warrantied, quality system working flawlessly from Wojo’s! Very logical, very knowledgeable, very professional. Highly recommend them!

I used Wojo's for my personal HVAC, water softener and hot water system and I also use them for my business. I recommend them to all my friends and family as well and they are never disappointed. Our rooftop AC unit went out on Saturday at our business and I called the owner of the company personally and he sent a technician out quickly and the problem was taken care of.

I will also say that Wojo's is very active in the community and are eager to donate time and/or money to those that are less fortunate. This is an outstanding family run business!

I called on a Thursday for a service call due to my AC not working. A service tech came out within a couple hours which was great. He wasn’t able to repair the unit as the part needed ordered. I had to pay a 3% fee for using a credit card to pay which a) wasn’t told to me ahead of time and b) seems odd for 2022 but whatever, I paid it because I don’t carry cash and it’s only a few dollars. I was told I would be contacted to be given a total for the replacement part as well as to replace the whole unit as mine is a dinosaur. Keep in mind my AC is not working and the following week was calling for temps to feel like 100 degrees. I didn’t receive a call until Tuesday. I don’t consider that to be customer service. I didn’t bother to return the call because I’ve already gone with another company.

If you want the worst service ever, then maybe Wojo’s is for you. The lack of professionalism and rudeness is uncanny. They rescheduled my appointment two times only to cancel and leave us high and dry without a water heater and furnace for weeks. Call somewhere else and don’t waste your time. Don’t talk to Tommy as he will tell you what you want to hear, never show up (had I not reached out he was not going to tell me they were cancelling) and then block your number. Find a different company! Seriously!
