Wojos did an awesome job replacing our HVAC system. Called to get a quote and the VP came out the same day to look over the house and provide us with the quote. We were given different price options, informed of current price breaks, and they have a great same as cash financing option. They were able to perform the work within one week of providing the quote, and it only took two days from start to finish. The work performed was of excellent quality, and they even removed an old humidifier attached to the duct and patched the hole at no additional cost. The system replacement also came with a great warranty for both parts and labor. The installers were on time, professional, and very courteous with us and respecting of our home. We will absolutely be using Wojos for all of our future HVAC needs.

An excellent overall experience with Wojo’s! My 20 year old unit froze up on one of the hottest days. A service tech was there promptly and was able to get the system limping along. I requested a quote on some new equipment and told them of my expectations for a new set up. I wanted an improvement over what I had before. Even though there was a shortage of units, Wojo’s was able to get what I needed and then some, in a very timely manner.
The communication was excellent. The demolition and installation of two new units was on time, professionally completed and work better than my expectations. The upstairs unit was in a crowded attic space. The removal and installation were very difficult. When they were finished you could not tell they had been here. I will not be calling anyone else for HVAC.

I had used this company several times over the last decade and have generally had good service. Until this past week, that is.
Our furnace stopped working the night before Thanksgiving. I knew it was going to be very unlikely to get it fixed that day. I called and Wojo's was able to send a technician out which was great. Unfortunately, due to the holiday, he only had the parts in his van and he didn't have the necessary part. He was able to get the furnace to work temporarily and, at that time, told me that I would be receiving a call from Wojo's "first thing in the morning tomorrow."
Unfortunately, the temporary fix only worked for about 10 hours, so we spent another cold night. I woke up early, but recognized that they didn't open until 8. 9:30 rolls around and I still haven't received a call. I called the company. The person who answered said she had no clue who I was. After I explained the previous day's experience AND the fact that we were now without heat again, she said that she would have someone call me back within an hour. I didn't hear back from them at all. Around 12:30 pm, I got tired of waiting and called the company and discovered that they were now closed for the day. Suffice it to say, I was infuriated. I had been told twice within 24 hours that I would be called by this company and it didn't happen either time. I did have the opportunity to leave a voicemail for the emergency technician on call on Friday afternoon. I did so, explaining the situation and asking for a return call as soon as possible.
I received a call back within the next hour or so. When I expressed my frustration at the fact that 1) I had been told more than once that I would receive a call FRIDAY MORNING and did not and 2) that the person I spoke with earlier in the day did not tell me that they were only open until noon that day, the man I was speaking to immediately scoffed and snarkily said "We're not allowed to take a half day???"
I was explaining that I would have appreciated it if the woman had informed me that they would only be open until noon when I spoke to her earlier in the day. Especially when I had been told (twice) that I would be contacted THAT DAY. Instead, all I heard was excuses about how it was unreasonable for me to expect them to follow through.
After this, the man I was speaking to informed me that they wouldn't be able to get the needed part until Monday at the earliest and that they would call me on Monday. While I understood that it might be difficult to get the part from suppliers over a holiday weekend, it just wasn't acceptable for us to be sitting without a working furnace for a total of at least four full days. So, as Wojo's couldn't take care of the situation, I shopped around and found a company who could come out and fix my furnace Saturday morning.
Wojo's finally called me on Wednesday morning (for those keeping track, that's four full days later) and asked when they could come. I informed the person who called me that I didn't think it made any sense to wait around for them to eventually fix my furnace when I could find someone who could do so sooner. At this point, the person I spoke with grew very irritated and insisted that I had "ordered a part" and that I was responsible for paying a "restocking fee" because "we now have a part that we can't use" (my furnace is that unique?). I was never told that I was purchasing the part that they were ordering even if they never installed it. Thinking that this is a good business practice and then defending it by saying "we're a small business; you can't expect us to keep parts on our shelves that we can't use immediately" is ridiculous.
I will never use Wojo's again. Neither will my parents, who had been using them for the better part of two decades. It's a shame, because I prefer to do business with small local companies, but the customer service I received was abysmal. The worst part of all of it was that they didn't seem to care at all. It was nothing but excuse making rather than acknowledging that THEY dropped the ball multiple times.

Would highly recommend the Wojo’s team. First noticed my furnace was leaking water. Brothers Tommy and Jake were here the next morning and made me feel like part of the family. They quickly put a bandaid on the furnace so we could have heat again until we could get a new one installed. Within the week, Casey was able to get me on the scheduled right away for a complete HVAC install. Casey is amazing to work with and was super helpful in explaining all of my options. Come install day, Karl and Logan showed up, and on time! Both were super professional. Karl said he wouldn’t leave for the day until the furnace was up and running and we had heat again. Two days later, we have a completely new HVAC system which not only looks awesome, but is incredibly efficient. I never imagined being so excited to come home to see my new system. Top notch group of people. Thank you, Wojo’s!

I called for an estimate. The guy showed up when he said he would. The estimate came via email and it was VERY competitive. The only thing lacking was the model of the tankless water heater. There are 3 on the manufacturers web site. I emailed back asking which one was being quoted with no reply. I called and explained everything to the lady that answered the phone and was told I would get a call back. Never got my call. I guess they don't want the business wich is weird since they sent a guy to the house. Also gives me reservations for service if it were ever needed had I made a purchase.

Bought a new Furnace and Central Air unit from them in 2019. First winter Furnace went out. It was a faulty wire they fixed it after a 200.00 service charge to show up on a weekend. Not happy about that. This Past Friday, 1/7/22 furnace stops working a second time. Call for a technician and the Part I need of course not in his Van. I would have to wait until Monday Morning LOL. Its 2 degrees out all weekend at night. So had to turn on my Oven and buy a Space Heater because we have exotic Birds that are worth Thousands that have to be in 65 degrees or above. Think they would have gotten a Part to have this fixed the next day, since it was 2 degrees out. Well now its Monday morning at 8:30am, haven't heard a word from them yet about fixing my Furnace, that I am still paying on of course. So this will be day 4 with No heat in my house. Hope my pipes don't freeze to. Not Happy with them! They do NOT go above and beyond for their customers. Then had to pay $300.00 for Labor?????? Part was under warranty though LOL

Let me tell ya, if you EVER have any issues with your furnace or a/c take my advice and call Wojo's Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.! Last night we came home to ours not working after being told last Sunday by another company that nothing was wrong with and we owed them $$ for coming on a Sunday. So I got ahold of Casey Wojciechowski and he was awesome! He was able to help us work through the problem and even find us a part! so around 10pm we had heat! I will never call another company for when we have issues! Family owned businesses are ALWAYS the way to go!

AC went out and called a few places and Wojo was on the list of higher reviewed companies in the area, figured I would try them. Made an appointment for a 12-4 time slot. Tech came out shortly after 2pm, house was at about 84 inside. Tech was on site for approximately 30 minutes, 15 of that being in the truck. Received a diagnosis bill for $124 with tax. The tech called the parts department to order the parts while in the truck. He did not hear back and informed me that the parts could take a day or two to receive however some have taken a few weeks.Tech informed me that he would be reaching out to parts again that day to get it checked on and ordered. Called near closing time (2 hours after tech left) and there was no way for them to see if the parts could be ordered as "Ryan" wasn't there. I was told that I would be called in the morning with more information. I did not receive a call. I called back early afternoon and was told no new information. Ryan then called at 4pm, all this while the house is sitting around 85. I was informed the parts would be almost $500 which I expected and that they couldn't put me on the schedule until the parts arrived. There was no urgency on getting parts or even to stay in contact, only urgency was to get the fee that is roughly $250 per hour with tax. Took my business else where.

I don't post many reviews but the experience I had deserves way more then 5 stars. Our A/C went out and I knew our furnace was really old. I called for an estimate and Casey W. Was out next morning. He went over everything and was not pushy at all. We were not planning on spending a ton of money being that this was unexpected. He put together several options that would work for us. They offer financing if needed. I shopped around and looked at other less known brands and not one place even came close on the price. I was able to get a Lennox furnace and AC for a great price. The installation was amazing! We have a very hectic schedule and they worked with us and got it done super fast. I wish I had photos of the disaster they had to work with and photos of after. It looks amazing and works even better. Casey knew my crazy schedule and was great with the late night emails and follow up to make sure everything was perfect. What we thought was going to be a stressful and expensive event turned into a very pleasant one. I cannot recommend them enough!

Cold February day, my furnace wasn’t cooperating. I called and they came out quickly while accommodating my schedule. Furnace was back up and running in no time. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable! Locally owned and well trusted company. Definitely recommend.
