Terrible customer service! The reality company that I rent from hired them to fix my furnace. The guy showed up while I was at work so my wife told him what the problem was and what I already tried. He was there for 5 minutes literally 5 minutes and did the same thing I already did. That being flipping the sensor switch from on to off and back again. He also claims to have cleaned the sensor switch. As to that I couldn't tell if he did it didn't for it looked the same as it was before. By doing this,(flipping the sensor switch,) which I already did btw, temporarily makes the flames come on and work for one cycle before not working any more. My complaint is not mainly about the service to the furnace but the lack of customer service by of all people the owner. Now that aside, the owner calls me. Now the first time she called she was very aggressive and had a massive attitude. I understand if she was upset by my review but as a customer that's how I felt. We finally came to terms and agreed upon the return of the repair guy the following wendesday. Now the review was written 3 days prior to first contact with the owner. Now the owner calls me back a few hours after she first contacted me and says the following.. "Hi ....... this is ...... I see you wrote a review on Google if you don't take it down we are not coming out wendesday. " I was a little stunned at first. I explained to her that I wrote the review a few days prior and that she shouldn't threaten her customer's. She said she didn't threaten me then I repeated back word for word what she said. This made her very angry so she started yelling at me and cursing telling me that I was playing the victim role. I told her i didn't have a problem dropping the review its about how she came across. I work with customers daily and get yelled at all the time I would never as an associate threaten a customer let alone as the owner. I feel the owner could have approached the situation differently and the outcome would of changed. I pray that her days goes better because I assume she was having a rough day to talk to a customer like that owner or not. As far as I'm concerned I will never recommend them not because of their work but because of their complete lack of customer service.

Very Happy with my whole experience. From the initial meeting, to the purchase, and with the awesome crew that installed my furnace ac and h.w. heater. HIGHLY recommend!

Extremely disappointed in this company!!!! They came out to our house last week and the gentleman said he would not get into our crawlspace to work on our furnace. Said it was free of charge and left. What is upsetting is he didn't bother to have another one of his employees/coworkers come out to our house to do it and didn't even bother to give recommendations. I would not recommended this company due to their unprofessionalism.

Called them at 08:30 Hrs and they had a Technician at my Home by 14:30 Hrs. The Hot Water Heater had Shut Down Shawn ( Tech) checked it out and reset and started it right up. Hot water in a Hour, Thank You Shawn and Joy for Taken Care of this Veteran ASAP. YOU ARE ALL VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!!!

Great service - showed up on time, worked hard and effectively, LOVE the Carrier heating cooling system - set and forget for several time zones - cannot hear it and do not feel drafts anywhere in house!!

They started at 9, got done at 2. They were very efficient and kept everything clean. The heat pump and air handler works much better than the original that came with the home.

Couldn't be happier with the service and quality of both the equipment they installed and the crew members professionalism.
