J & J Heating and Air Conditioning

Woke up to no heat. Furnace was blowing cold air. Went down a Google list and called a number of companies with no help. Called J&J Heating and spoke to a very professional and kind woman. Todd (Service Manager) was at my house in under 2 hours. Received a call saying the technician was running behind 15 minutes and I appreciated the courtesy call. I was working from home and in meetings so my teenager went to the basement with Todd. Todd even discussed the benefits of this career path with my son. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Did not break the bank with cost. I am happy to write a good review as they definitely provided a good experience.

Called them for a Monday-Friday service call, they were unable to get us in during the week, but was out right on time for a Saturday morning service call! Quick response, friendly and professional staff. Will use again in future for any services hvac related
