Richardsons is one of the best companies I have found. The owner is extremely professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and respectful. Recently we needed a new AC unit, but Richardson's went above and beyond. He helped out to get our AC working until we got our new units came in for install and upon reviewing our heading & AC units, he explained that our furnace and AC unit were not large enough for our house - that the duct work was not large enough to pull air down. Thinking the units and labor would be way over our price point - Richardson came in extremely reasonable & affordable! I can't say enough positive feedback for Richardson's - but if you don't want to deal with the corporate companies that seem to take advantage - call Richardson's Heating & Cooling, you won't regret it!

Rich is extremely knowledgeable, very honest and reasonably priced. He arrives on time and is able to explain options using clear, concise language. I highly recommend Richardson.

Richardsons was prompt, professional and reasonable in price and do a great job at troubleshooting . They had my furnace up and running quickly.They had the blower motor and capacitor on the truck .They are my go to for furnace/AC issues and recommend them highly.

Richardson’s ran a new gas line for me for an outdoor fire-pit. They took great care to respect my home. They put down drop cloths and cleaned when they were complete. I was charged a fair price and the communication was excellent. I was told what they would be doing and how they would be accomplishing the project. They worked efficiently and quickly. I will call them for any hvac work I need in the future. Highly recommend!

Yesterday afternoon my AC started blowing warm air and my house quickly got warm! Called Rich to schedule an appointment, had a call back and an appointment for the next morning within an hour. Rich was on time and let me know he was on his way 20 mins before he got here. Within 30 min my AC was fixed and blowing cold air again! Great service! Wouldn’t call anyone else to service my furnace and AC!
