From a frantic "my a/c isn't running & it's 84 degrees in here already" holiday weekend phone call to a timely cool and comfortable house. . Richardson Heating & Cooling is terrific. Rich over at Richardsons Heating and Cooling just came over our home to repair a gas leak that our utility company shut off over a week ago. We've had no hot water and have been unable to cook as well. He was affordable, certified, honest and arrived on time as well. He and his team is very knowledgeable and really know their craft well. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing and gas and HVAC needs.

We called Rich at our last home and swore we would never use anyone else for our heating and cooling needs! Our heat stopped working last week and they came by that night to see what was going on. Even brought us over heaters to try to keep us warm until they were able to install our furnace today! Great guys! Will ALWAYS recommend!!

I’ve used Richardsons for several years. They are fairly priced and do excellent work. Everyone is courteous and pleasant. They also let you know when they’re on the way to your appointment. I highly recommend.

After living in this home for 16 years, my old AC finally quit - and believe it or not the unit was older than that. I got a lot of years out of it and I am planning to move this Spring, so I was not in the mood to shell out a ton of money to have a new one put in when I am not planning on using it for much more than the rest of this season.
I started with one service call to confirm it was truly deceased, and then got several quotes. From the moment I met Rich I could tell he was a steady, thorough person who was not going to give me an inflated quote or do shoddy work. He looked everything over very carefully, taking measurements and pictures, making sure he knew HOW he was going to go about the job before he even gave me the quote. It's very obvious to me that Rich's time in the military went to good use!
I accepted his quote and thankfully, he managed to fit me in quickly while I was still off work on a 'staycation'. He called me this morning with an unexpected open slot, knowing I was still off work, and asked if I wanted them to come out a day ahead. It's hot out still so I was all for that, and he came out within the hour, and got the job done today.
His workers were polite, competent and cleaned up after themselves. The unit was installed with no issues. I have already registered the equipment, and I am now chillin' inside my formerly stifling brick home.
I will definitely hire Rich again for any heating or cooling issue. He and his crew did a fantastic job, and he did not sell me anything I didn't need. Thanks, Rich!

Richardson heating and cooling has helped us out on numerous occasions. Rich came out to install our humidifier and fixed our heating and cooling controller. He was on time and quick. Would not call anyone else!
