Brandon Conrad came out on 6.20.2023 to perform the annual inspection of our AC unit. Brandon was very friendly, prompt and professional! I was eager to see what’s all involved inside an AC unit. Brandon graciously allowed me to watch him step by step while providing me with detailed explanations as to what he was working on, etc. After a few minutes I had to go back inside to attend a virtual meeting for my job while he finished up outside. There were some dry glass clippings that got blown onto the outer portions of the AC unit that were kind of tangled and would take a long time remove by hand. Brandon voluntarily cleaned it out for us by hosing it down without us even asking! This is the type of service you expect from any company that you give your business to. Sadly that doesn’t always happen. However, you are pretty much guaranteed to get this kind of service from Tru-North! My husband and I are extremely happy customers of nearly two years (and counting). We’ve also had the pleasure or working with Casey at the main office who helps set up appointments, dispatch, etc, several times over the past couple of years. She is wonderful to work with as well.
