I called in the morning and they were here before noon. They fit me in the schedule and everybody from Jessica to Jose were fantstic!! Thank you for helping me more than you know. Give you 6 stars if I could.

I hired Gutridge for a new pole barn. They put the water line and the sewage line too close - so the sewage line has to be encased in cement. My roof is leaking where they put in the pipe for air. They never completed the contract so I have no outside water. I have complained and Alan - who is supposex to write estimates has NOT called me back. I left a voicemail for,one of the Gutridges who said Alan would call me to get the work completed. My roof has leaked into the insulation and drywalll. Gutridge sold the company. Pick another plumber!

Sent me to a voicemail of someone who was on vacation

Started the job, left and didn't return for five weeks. Had no explanation as to why. Said the job slipped through the cracks. While doing the job the guy broke a pipe and had to replace it and charged homeowner.

This company allows unlicensed contractors to buy equipment under their name. This company backs up said contractor and will not even look at unit. Single dad 2 kids and Im out 3 thousand dollars. Watch out.....

Extremely rude receptionist. Called in for an estimate for a plumbing issue and the lady was the rudest and wouldn't even set up an appointment.

They do not show up when they say they will and don't have the courtesy to call ahead of time to tell you. They are completely unprofessional. If you value your time, avoid at all costs.

Tech was nice but did not solve my issue with my sump pump. He missed it..causing me to have to pay a second company. Very disappointed.

I've been very pleased with the quick response and reasonable costs.

Took two trips to get all repairs done but did a nice job. I will use their service again!
