Don was so helpful and honest. My experience with Jodway was fantastic.

Started the morning off with no heat, The problems were diagnosed and corrected even though a replacement part (relay) was not available. Good Job Guys. As always with Jodway, there was nothing to clean up when they were done.

Called Jodway for a second opinion because I received a previous quote on new furnace and heat pump from another local company that was extremely over priced. We had no heat at the time. Showed up within a couple hours to go over options, didn’t charge me a service call like the other company and cost was way more reasonable for basically the same system the other company quoted. They started the rip out of the old furnace that same day and did the complete install the following day. Did not feel pressured to get all the bells and whistles even though I ultimately choose the more upgraded system. I would recommended them. The installers were very thorough.

Since our original install in 1998, Jodway has been great. This year, Christmas night, in 9 degrees, our furnace had an issue and Jodway made the repair that night! When it's time for a new furnace, we'll make just 1 call. Thanks!
