My husband called around 11 am and Ricky responded within a couple hours. Fixed our outside faucet/spicket. I highly recommend Ricky!!

Nate came out late on a Saturday evening and quickly repaired a leaking water pipe. He had to climb in a small and uncomfortable area to do so but remained friendly and positive. Ed Rike's rates are fair and I will use them again in the future.

When I called asking for a technician to come out to my house I was a new customer to Ed Rike but still got a very quick response. Mike was my technician and he did a great job checking out our issue. Will definitely call back in the future for any further needs. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure where all these 5-star reviews are from but I don't believe for a minute they're real. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever received from a business. Two guys came out for a clogged drain, but only one did any work. They charged labor rate for both guys though. And they weren't able to even come close to fixing the problem even though they were here for two hours. After about 10 minutes the guy in charge already had excuses on why the job was so hard and tried to up-sell me. They wanted to run a camera but they would have to come back to do that and charge another service call. Then they guaranteed me the pipe was broken and had to be replaced. They also blamed it on the city sewer system. What a scam. I called another plumber and he had it fixed in less than half an hour. I would never do business with this company again.

Called two other plumbing service companies before called Ed Rike Plumbing. We will be using Ed Rike from now on. Justin came and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in the same day. He was courteous and professional. It's nice knowing there are still professional people who return calls. And I'm sure my dad appreciated being called Sir. Sometimes, it's just the little things that make or break your reputation. Thanks again Justin for fixing our issue so promptly. Anthony Walker.

Justin is our guy. His Plumbing Estimate visit was tops. In Belmont neighborhood the home cast iron pipes are detonating after giving 80 years of service... Justin knew the procedure to update our home. He told us the repair stages, materials, and took some pictures of the job area, then he wrote up a fair price invoice describing what to expect and what his steps will be to do the job. Well pump stopped working so no water at my house. Chuck showed up in two hours and replaced pump, pressure switch and circuit breaker in three hours and water was back up and running. Obviously no water was very stressful but everyone at Ed Rike was very professional and did a great job! Their prompt response to this emergency was quite a relief to me.

Ricky & Chet were reliable, efficient, and knowledgeable when replacing an old, sediment-filled water heater in my house during July. Great job!
