Lancaster Furnace & Air Conditioning

Said they were booked too far out. Wouldnt operate on a newer system because it could void any warranty. I tried to explain that I know nothing about the unit and I just want it fixed. She said “Welll…. We wouldn’t be able to work on it.”
Are you kidding me?!! Your located just a street over!! Sorry you lost my business. I also need a complete workover on the upstairs and downstars vent system to get the temperature regulated between the three stories.

What a great job....everything was wonderful. From the initial phone call and service to the installation and follow up. We were without a furnace at the coldest part of our winter and they provided us with space heaters to keep us comfortable and keep our pipes from freezing until they installed the new furnace, heat pump and ac the following day. Keep up the great work! Job well done.

Called first thing this morning and by 11 they were here. Hunter took care of the problem quickly and explained everything he was doing. He made sure I understood the problem and how he was going to try to fix it. No upselling and explained what issues to look for in the future to prevent possible problems. Couldn’t have been happier with this company.

The man repairing my air conditioner was on time immediately viewed the air conditioner shared possible repair & done very professional.
The greatest moment was thanking me for being a Vietnam veteran & sharing me his son is active duty in the military now. A wonderful time we had to share, from my heart I prayed for him a touch from God Above and said God Bless Be Safe
