Repairman was professional ,respectful and answered all my questions and took his time with me.
We are going to change out are heater some time next year so ill be calling you guys to change it out.

Told them my ac was barely working. The young man showed up was polite and knowledgeable of my unit. Told him what I was having issues with and it took him no time to fix it. Excellent pricing for repairs. I recommend them and will use them again. Thank you for being there guys.

They couldn't help us with our furnace, and the gentleman that came here was helpful and friendly. I will say being harrassed consistently afterwards for a review was rather annoying. I think 6 "reminder" emails is a bit much. So, for the harrassment, you get a 2.

Hunter did an amazing job. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable!! He explained everything as he went along and shared and discussed what needed to be done. I was very impressed with him and this company and would highly recommend using them!!!!

Our A/C unit stopped working overnight. We called Lancaster Furnace & Air Conditioning first thing in the morning and they came out later in the day. It was determined that we needed a new unit and they sat down with us and explained all of our options. There was absolutely no pressure!! We chose what we wanted and it was installed the next day, in the timeframe that they had indicated. Everyone that we dealt with was extremely professional and SUPER nice!! We would absolutely use them again and give them our highest recommendation!
