My wife and I have used Performance at three different homes we've owned and every experience is first class! They treat our home with respect and are reasonably priced. We wouldn't think of talking to anyone else for our Heating / AC needs!

Mike is a true professional. We weren't quite sure what was wrong with our system or duct work. However, Mike meticulously took his time to comb over the system and answered all our questions. He also made sure everything left the way he found it. Just an overall great job!

Mike was a true professional. We live in New Albany and the contractors are notorious for recommending work that is not necessary. We had a different HVAC company (Paramount Heating and Cooling) come out and they recommended replacing the entire heat pump and condenser for $7,800. The unit is five years old. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem and the repair was around $800. Needless to say, we'll be using Performance Heating and Cooling for any additional HVAC needs.

This company is very responsive. I have called at 6am and they answered the phone and resolved my issue during the call. On another occasion I called on a Saturday morning and left a message. A technician was at my home at noon. Very professional and competent. I did not indicate "value" because my service was covered by warranty.

I had the fortunate event of working alongside the guys from Performance today and I had to give my opinion as an HVAC contractor myself. All I can say is wow. I’ve been in this trade for 20 years now and I have never observed another technician as impressive and buy the books as Mike Sutter.

In our trade it’s far to common for technicians to cut corners but every last thing was done how it should be done. This company is an absolute dream for equipment owners and manufacturers because when systems are installed right THEY LAST!

Performance is without a doubt NOTHING less then 5-star review worthy and I would recommend them to anyone.
