We were having problems with our mini split unit. Chris was able to come out and fix the blower in the unit and then the supply lines need to be replaced. Chris and the other Team did an excellent job. They were punctual, considerate and respectful and was very knowledgeable. We appreciate everything they did and the mini is working GREAT now!! We have been extremely happy with our service from Performance Heating and Cooling. Our furnace was on the fritz and we needed a same day repair as the frigid weather was set to hit that night. Mike arrived right on time. He repaired the worn out part in the furnace, but let us know that our AC unit was the biggest problem and needed cleaned or replaced. There was no pressure to do a complete replacement, but we knew this was coming. The indoor unit was 20 years old and the outdoor unit was 30 years old. We were contacted the next day with available options for replacement. Lee answered all questions about the new unit we would need and Kim contacted us very quickly to schedule the service. Mike and another technician arrived promptly and completed the install in a very timely manner. They were both very courteous and professional. Mike installed a new thermostat per our request and walked us through the set up step by step. We are very happy with all interaction we've had with this company. Great service, excellent technicians, and very reasonable prices. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you!

Very professional. Offered service contract which we declined but technician was not pushy. We appreciated this fact as we were taking care of our parents home after they were deceased, and learned later that they already had service contract with another company!
