Great experience! We had both our furnace and A/C replaced. Proposal included options, and suggestions were given as to what would work best for us. The installation only took one day. Mike, the Service Manager, did a great job explaining what he was going to do and answering all of our questions. Overall, we have been very pleased with the results.

These guys were awesome. Our house had no ductwork/ or furnace. Every step of the way they asked my opinion and made sure I was happy with the work. Happy with the placement of the vents, everything. They definitely earned all the 5 star reviews.

Great company! Our furnace went out over the Thanksgiving holiday...they had a tech out first thing in the morning and we had a new furniture being put in right away. Mike was very professional and respectful...explained the problem and our options very clearly. Dan gave us a great deal on a new furnace. They did an awesome job. Thank you!

Everyone we talked to, every step of the way were so nice, helpful & patient. They gave us a couple different options on stuff & were patient while we decided. They gave us a deal but are fairly priced anyway. They checked up on us & literally spent all day at our house & still provided great customer service at the end of the day. They were all knowledgeable & answered every question we had. The price, education of what they were doing & the people are al great! Definitely would recommend!

I requested quotes from four companies for the replacement of my furnace and A/C. All but one (which I won't mention) came in around the same general price range. Lee took the longest to get me a quote, but he took great care in making sure that the unit he quoted me was 100% compatible with my existing zoning system and thermostats. Mike and Andre were great on the installation side as well. Very professional, cleaned everything up when they were done, and no issues with the startup. I would definitely recommend Performance Heating and Cooling.

The office manager found late on a Friday afternoon a service tech to look at and fix our dead A/C. The tech was here inside an hour and had us back up and running. The outside temp was over 90 degrees. The tech also checked the system out thoroughly (it is an old system) which gave us to confidence that we could rely on the A/C system going forward. The repair price was reasonable. I had spoken to a competitor who wanted $199.99 to come out since it was "off hours" that had to be paid beforehand and was on top of whatever the repair cost would be. Not so with Performance H&C. Very professional. Will use them in the future.

Performance always gives excellent, timely, friendly, and honest service. I highly recommend them for any furnace, air conditioner, and generator installation or repair. I have had all three done by Performance and have always been very satisfied with their prompt service and follow up maintenance.

This was the Fall inspection, everything was good. The technician was on time, courteous, and explained what he checked and his findings. I have nothing but good things to say about Performance Heating & Cooling Services. From the initial installation and the yearly inspections, I've been very pleased.

After my usual heating and air-conditioning servicing company told me they were too busy to come out and that it would be at least two days, I searched and read reviews on other companies in the area ... So glad I did. Performance Heating and Cooling told me that they may not be able to get to us until late in the day and that it may be as late as six o'clock or so, but they would get here. Not only did they get here to take care of what turned out to be a fairly quick fix, after hearing what the unit was doing, the technician squeezed us in early (he got here at noon), and had us up and running in a very short time frame. As he expected, it was a simple part replacement that took very little time, but he still took the time to check everything out thoroughly and to give us tips on how to get the most out of our system.

From the young lady that answered the phone, to the young man who repaired our air-conditioner, and to the price of the service call and the repair, I couldn't have been happier ... Performance Heating and Cooling will now be my 'go to company' for my heating and cooling services from now on.
