I contacted them about 2 weeks ago and they said they could be out within the next couple hours. Thank I did we had a Carbon monoxide leak which is what made me sick the night before ( we really could have died) They came out fixed the seal and a couple of other things. Furnace was still acting up. We called again they came out and we decided just to buy a new furnace. They came the next day refunded back the money from the first time they came and never charged for the second time. This was all the day before Thanksgiving!!!! They fit us in. We couldn't be happier with the new furnace. Works great!!!!! Best investment by far. Thanks for everything Conrad's.

The service we received at Conrads Heating & Cooling was great. They answered the phone right away, and quickly had someone out to check out the issue. They kept our furnace running for 2 days, until they could install the new one. They were clean, efficient, and explained the situation from start to finish. We will be using them again in the spring for our A/C. Highly recommended!

We called around and I liked the reviews for Conrad’s and I was not disappointed! They came out same day wishing 2 hours of me calling, on a Saturday! The tech was very nice professional and explained everything that was going on! They did not only find the cause of the problem but found out we had a heat pump that was not installed correctly which is why it’s never worked right! We will be having them back out for that and for maintenance for heating and cooling from here on out! Highly recommend!!!

We highly recommend Conrad’s Heating and Cooling(CH&C) because it is a very reliable and professional company offering good products and services. Within a short time of receiving our call about having no heat, CH&C made a service call and provided a proposal having numerous options by the day’s end. The complete installation of a new Trane furnace and air conditioner occurred within a day after proposal acceptance-exceptional responsiveness! The lead technicians (Logan-furnace, Jamie-air conditioner) demonstrated their knowledge and expertise by paying meticulous attention to all details as well as addressing technical and non-technical questions in a friendly, understandable manner. in early afternoon another team (Joe and Shaun) provided additional assistance allowing for total job completion and system function testing by 4pm. Congratulations to all for a job well done!
