Excellent work done by the crew to install my new AC and furnace. The appointment was made on time and they finished in 4.5 hours. The quality of workmanship is spot on. All areas were cleared of debris once the finished. It may seem a bit pricey, but I’d rather pay a little extra to have excellent work done right the first time. Each installer was polite and seemed very knowledgeable. I’m very satisfied with the work done by Blind & Sons.

I Had some concerns about the clean up and finishing work that was done, and was contacted about them. They came back out a few days later to correct them and squared out the top area of the furnace. I'm happier witht he work that was done. Thanks, Ray Burgess and Kevin Cooper for taking the time to come out and correct my concerns.

I was able to set up an appointment to get a quote for electrical panels upgrade with them by just one call. They’re very responsive and be able to come out the next day (while some company didn’t even bother to give us a call back). I worked with Jim Fisher who’s the consultant company sent out. Jim was prompted, detail oriented, and professional. He also was in contact with electrician department manager during the whole assessment process to make sure everything was right. Even though we decided to pause the project, down the road we would consider using them because it’s more piece of mind and they offer good warranty.

We have used Blind and Sons many times and not once have we been left disappointed. We had an emergency plumbing issue today and they sent Craig who was kind, thorough, and informative. He got a restoration company out same day, and made multiple calls to get us the best deal he could to help us with the cost of the repairs. I'd recommend Blind and Sons to anyone who needs their services!!

Mike did a fantastic job. He was friendly, courteous and honest. He told me everything he was doing and cleaned up when he was done. He even notified me that one of the services quoted as part of the job was not needed because it was already done previously, but hidden from the initial quote inspection. He took the charge for that part of job off the bill saving me $$! I would recommend Blind wholeheartedly!

Uriel Walter's and crew was very courteous and professional. They were patient with my questions and exhibited a professionalism not often seen today.

Chris was excellent, very professional. Answer all my questions, gave me options with regards to my issue. I have never had a bad experience with Blind & Sons. I have been with them since they installed my furnace and AC. Very professional, knowledgeable and reasonable.

Overall, it was a high quality repair work performed by blind and sons. Both gentlemen I dealt with were professional and polite. Denny, who actually did the Work, was very efficient and quick. He even did a little extra work to move The water heater over a 1/2 inch.

However, my preference is to work With a 1 or 2 person outfit Where the actual workers come out immediately. Blind and sons sent out an estimator who Did try to upsell me on a few extraneous repairs? He was not pushy And took no for an answer Right away. But as I said I prefer the actual worker To come so they can start to work immediately instead of scheduling another visit.

We’ve had Blind & Sons come out to our house several times. They have put in a new furnace, worked on the hot water tank, new toilet and new kitchen faucet. Dave installed the toilet in our upstairs bathroom today. He has been here before too. He’s always polite makes sure we are satisfied and shows us what he has done. He’s great at explaining everything and setting the expectations too.

Blind & Sons offers fantastic service. We were overdue for the dreaded new furnace and AC. They were superb start to finish; from the initial quote by Kevin, to Shayne, Daniel, and Shae for installation. All very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their pricing is fair and competitive for top notch units. Would highly recommend!
