Mark and Isaiah where AWSOME!! They where here on time, worked well together and got the job done. Looks great! New bathtub, and fixtures. Even my 16 year old complemented on how it looked. Definitely will let everyone know and I will use this company again.

Discovered early in the morning a foul odor and turns out we had a backup from out sewer line and there was feces and water everywhere! I made the call and later that same morning our tech, David K. showed up. He was extremely professional and friendly. We discussed the issue and then he went right to work. After assessing for a few min, he was able to come up with several options with various procedures and costs. He then went to work and cleared out the drain. He made sure all toilets flushed and water ran through drain correctly. I am amazed at the prompt service for such a serious issue and competitive pricing! Highly recommend Blind and Sons!!

Had to have my boiler replaced. Jared K. and Joshua T. did an amazing job today. My oldest daughter said they were the nicest people. They took time to answer all questions from my whole family. My wife and I had the most amazing experience dealing with Blind & Sons! We had a full HVAC system with duct work installed and it was all done within 3 days! Jesse their assistant manager was incredibly professional and hard working. He was always there if we had questions to explain everything step by step! Tyler as well with CJ and the rest of the crew were incredible. Their cleanup job was just as good as their workman ship, if you’re looking for any work on your house this is the company to call!

Buyer beware. I purchase a new Trane Furnace and A/C from Blind and Son Heating and Cooling, in 2013. They have serviced my units off and on over the past 10 years and 3 months since. Last Fall 2022 a technician came out to service the furnace. At the time all that was suggested for maintenance was a cleaning of the fan wheel (a little carbon build up) and a rusted water solenoids valve. I choose to defer and was going to have it fixed this Fall with my new service agreement for 2023-2024. On 7-2023 the Blind and Son technician came out to service the A/C unit for the summer. He looked through the A/C and my Furnace although I only called for the A/C to be serviced. After finishing he hands me an estimated repair bill for almost $7,900. He took pictures and claimed my heat exchanger was cracked, further he recommended my compressor be replaced, etc. When I questioned him about the estimated repair, he said my warranty was out of date thru Bind and Son and my limited lifetime warranty thru Trane was voided because I had stopped my service agreement with them during the 10-year time period. Leading me to believe that the best choice was to buy a new Furnace and A/C unit rather than keep repairing a 10-year-old unit. Not feeling right about it, I called a second heating and cooling company whose technicians are also certified, trained in repair and installation of Trane furnaces and a/c systems. I showed them the pictures that had been taken by Blind and Son and they said the pictures looked like normal wear, rust and condition for the age of the units. They also said that the picture of the so-called cracked heat exchanger they believe was not a picture of a heat exchanger at all. Further through their testing they found no issues with the furnace or A/C other than a contactor which I had them replace. Their total bill for service and the fixed part was $263. As my suspicions multiplied, I called the service manager for Blind and Son to question him about the situation. He was very defensive with my line of questioning, saying he had proof that the estimate was legit and that the other heating company I paid to have come out for a second opinion did not have properly trained technicians. Further he wanted me to give his number to them so he could properly train them. I asked him if it was possible if his technician could be wrong. I even suggested he send out a second technician to re-run tests and review the furnace and a/c. He said no unless I paid for another service call. I finally asked him does your technician’s make a commission on all the repairs parts they sell to the customer. He refused to tell me citing payroll confidentially. I also called Trane and they said my lifetime warranty was still active for both the heat exchanger and compressor.

Steven was out to replace breakers and outlets through the entire home. Older home which presented many challenges for Steven. He was here for 2 full days (should have been one day).
Day one was stressful and didn’t go as we had hoped, or Steven for that matter, a second day was necessary. Steven made that happen the next day and he was the returning tech. (great news)
Day 2 was to finish the job from day one. Needless to say, day 2 was full of challenges again. Steven never missed a beat. He found several other issues that we were unaware of. He confronted them, presented them to us and corrected them the way it should be done.
He was very thorough and professional. We were very happy with the end result. We feel safe and we can move on to the next project knowing the electric is done correctly.

I was very pleased with Nolan. He was very thorough in what he was doing and made it very clear to me with pictures Of my AC. He explain to me what was important and wasn’t pushy. He was very polite and a fine gentlemen. This is the second time that I’ve used Blind and Sons and I have been very satisfied both times and will continue to call on them if I need help.
