Gary at Korrect was able to diagnose and clear a clog in our plumbing in less than an hour where 3 other plumbers from our home warranty could not. Finally after the home warranty allowed us to go out of network and a recommendation from a neighbor we contacted Korrect and they scheduled for Gary to come out less than 48 hours later. We will be using them for any and all plumbing jobs in the future.

They were very friendly, clean, came same day and fixed my water softener. Also it’s nice when you call in and the people answering the phone are courteous as well. Will be using them again

The technician was very efficient and extremely polite. He worked until everything was fixed and up and running. We use Korrect for all of our plumbing, heating and a/c needs.

KORRECT has done my hot water tank replacement previously, so once I saw they do heating and cooling there was no hesitation calling them. They provide transparency and are very customer oriented. I have worked in customer service for 30+ years and I know great service when I experience it. I will always give them a call, even referred a family friend to them who needs a furnace replaced, and once I am ready, I will be contacting Korrect to replace mine as well!!

I found out my drain was clogged and water flooded from the floor drain into my basement at about 2:30pm. By 4:45pm it was fixed and Korrect was leaving my house. Crazy responsive service! So grateful for their service!

We hired Korrect to bring plumbing up into our partially finished (in-progress) cape cod attic. This involved connecting hot/cold water and a drain all the way from the basement (2 floors below) and installing a brand new vanity and fixtures.

First, we chose them from a selection of 3 other quotes thanks to the thoroughness of their project estimator, Rick. He was prompt, thoughtful, and patient with us in figuring out exactly how we might go about this tricky project in a 100-year-old house. Their prices were comparable, but Rick's detail-orientation and willingness to explain all the steps of the process really stood out to us.

Once they were hired, the team was quick to make an appointment (highly responsive) and they stuck to it, even calling to confirm the day before and the morning of to let us know they were on the way. They arrived promptly, as scheduled, and were very friendly and communicative. They put down extra drop clothes to prevent mess and alerted us with any updates and details as they went along. They did great work!

Here's the best part: the project went so much smoother than anticipated that it took HALF the time they estimated. So even though we had only paid half down as a deposit on the project, and were fully prepared to pay the remainder upon completion, they did the honest thing by saying "This took less time than we thought, so you owe us less than we promised." It's rare to see that sort of integrity, and we are so grateful for the savings that resulted for us.

We were totally impressed by the job they did and the clean-up they completed when they were done. Above all, their communication and integrity is what earns them 5 stars from me. We will definitely be glad to hire them again. Highly recommend!

The team that installed a gas line for a new fireplace insert was excellent. They worked well as a team, they were attentive to details, and very polite and professional. The work and the work areas were all clean and looked great when they finished. We'd definitely use their services again if needed.

I have used Korrect Plumbing on 2 separate occasions now and both experiences were great! The first time I had my shower faucet repaired - I have the old school 3 knob system and it was leaking in the wall. I have had 0 issues since they were here. The second service was repairing the outdoor hose spigot that kept dripping, and seems to be fixed now.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber!
