We had a new laundry room install. And had some other necessary drainwork work done. It was two solid days of work. Estimate was accurate and they were fantastic. Was supposed to be 3 days work, but they worked and worked and if was done in two. Will 100% call again.

When they left, he said it was A TOTAL OF 4 BUSTED LINES NOT JUST ONE; EXCELLENT WORK PLUS that gas line leak fix IS LIFE SAVING

I have submitted the following several weeks ago, but have not received contact from your management:
“I want to share a concern my daughter and I have regarding your employee, Zack. My daughter needed your company’s service to resolve her faulty furnace issue. She could not be available for the Korrect’s HVAC specialist arrival today and ask if I could be present, instead. I agreed.
Zack arrived at my daughter’s house today (May 1, 2023) at approximately 11:36AM. He immediately proceeded towards the furnace and began work. Throughout the time Zack performed his job, he seemed friendly and responsive to my comments and questions. Zack was unable to determine the cause of the “no heat” issue. For some unexplained reason, the furnace began working normally.
When my daughter received the emailed receipt later the same day, she immediately expressed outrage. Upon reading the description of Zack’s work, I, too, was very disappointed with the falsehoods and detail about the inside of her home. It seems your employee inaccurately described the environment in which he was working in today (when arriving at my daughter's house).
Zack falsified and embellished some of the work (“pouring down rain outside” and “many of the registers are restricted”) in the invoice’s description section of the invoice your company provided us.
NOTE: I have included one video to corroborate the aforementioned “pouring rain” statement. [UNABLE TO INCLUDE IN THIS FORMAT]
I called Korrect’s office today and spoke with the HVAC manager, Nathan. I expressed my complaint about the invoice’s description information. He apologized and agreed, upon my request, to provide a replacement invoice that more reflect the work that was performed by Zack (which we did receive, updated).
Some areas of the home could be described as cluttered, mostly in the basement. All of the registers in the basement, though, are above the floor, in the ceiling. Surely, Zack could not claim that any of those registers were obstructed or covered. He did locate two or three floor registers on the main floor in the dining, family and living rooms, which were the only other areas he visited (besides the hallway where the thermostat is located). None of those registers were obstructed or covered. Never, once, did Zack identify any obstructed register to me, though I was always present. I am puzzled, dismayed, insulted as well as angry that Zack would make such false and presumptuous claims. Were we in the process of reorganizing and/or purging the home, or just letting things pile up? He never asked (with all due respect: which, of course, is no business of his).
My daughter was quite upset when she read the exaggerated and embellished description written on her invoice. She had requested an HVAC specialist from your company to resolve her furnace heating issue, not a Home Clutter Specialist or Interior Designer. She is now questioning whether she will use Korrect’s services in the future and whether she will continue to recommend your company to others as she have been doing.”

I had Roto Rooter come to my house for sewage backup. The tech said the main line was blocked. Said he couldn’t fix the problem and per their requirement he’d have to contact a supervisor who would then contact me for next steps. Never heard from Roto Rooter again, so I called Korrect Plumbing who I have used in the past for various things. Tech was Gary and he showed up way earlier than what I was told. Gary fixed the problem within an hour. Gary was professional and knew how to resolve the issue. Best part was Korrect was cheaper than Roto Rooter, which I will never use again.

Very impressed by the response time and quick turn around on a major repair. Was expecting days to weeks for completion and they made it happen in 1 day! Could not ask for a better all around experience.
