My tub/shower continued to back up due to an old galvanized pipe. Matt came out to let me know what the problem was and the two who responded were great. I asked questions and they didn't seemed bothered that I did.

Ed was professional, knew what he was doing, friendly, thorough, and conscious of cost. He explained everything to us and showed us what repair was needed and part to be installed. I trust Korrect.

Getting a call from your neighbor saying your water main is broken and your front yard is flooding dropped my heart rate like no other. Adding that this happened at 2pm on a Friday, trying to find a company to come out and look at it was a huge under taking. Most companies were saying Monday morning or the next morning. Below freezing temps for that night and no water inside we were planning on a hotel for the weekend, until Korrect said they’ll be there to inspect that night. Within a few hours they were out, found the leak and fixed it all at a reasonable price. Thank you Korrect!

After a week of a sewer issues and not getting anywhere with another company, Korrect Plumbing was recommended to me. They were very understanding of my frustration and were quick and efficient. They cleared the blockage and located the cleanout in less than a few hours. We had a clogged main water pipe that backed up into basement. Korrect came out the same day, was clear and reasonable with their pricing, and very knowledgeable about the issue. I would recommend them and definitely plan to use them again if needed.
