Vallish Heating-Air Conditioning

I have had an issue for the last 2 weeks where my thermostat said the heat was on but the furnace was not coming on and providing heat. I had a feeling the thermostat was bad as I could change the batteries and reset the thermostat and it would come on and run for a time and then do the same thing of not turning on the furnace. I contacted a well known company to come out and diagnose the problem and they cleaned the flame sensor but did not check the thermostat. Three days later the same thing happened so I contacted the same company and when they came out they could not find a problem but told me to check if I was getting any fault codes and if not the thermostat was probably bad. At this point I decided to look on our Nextdoor website for our neighborhood and found that Vallish was highly recommended so I contacted them yesterday and Matt came out this morning (on his day off) and tested and checked everything and sure enough the thermostat was bad. I had also mentioned the size of my existing thermostat and he immediately knew I must have wall paper behind it that I wanted covered up and said he would have a wall plate that would cover it. He installed the new wall plate and thermostat and everything works perfect. They were also almost half the price I had been quoted from the other company. I am glad the other provider didn't take the time to test my thermostat otherwise I would have not had the pleasure of meeting Matt and having a new great HVAC provider. Thanks so much. Looking forward to a new furnace and AC unit when needed.

I had issues with central air conditioning freezing up. I contacted Vallish Heating-Air Conditioning and talked too Dan. He was prompt knowable and resolved my issue for a fair price and in good time. Took the extra time too explain all of my options and answered all of my questions. My Air is running great. Dan came out same day and completely fixed my furnace. The blower motor had died and he replaced it and made sure everything Else was in working order. Fantastic service and way better prices than Rob you blind and sons

Matt came to take a look at the radiators on my floor and showed me how everything works. I was admittedly a little intimidated by them, having never lived anywhere with steam heat. He was super nice and efficient. Great place to work with!

Spoke with Dan - this is a great, family run business. Exactly the type of people you want to work with. He was able to schedule me into a slammed schedule on the hottest day of the year. Will definitely use again, and I highly recommend them.
