Thermo Pros Heating & Cooling

Called Thermo Pros for a repair to my old furnace. Mike as able to come out same day on a Saturday and obtained the needed part for the repair. He was even willing to replace my faulty thermostat even though I didn't mention it in my initial call. Mike is knowledgeable and answered my questions/concerns.

Called them in the morning about intermittent problem with my furnace on December 23rd one day after we dropped to zero. They were able to respond within 2 hours. After doing some trouble shooting he diagnosed the problem, inspected my furnace and took care of the problem. 5 Stars are not enough. Michael was up front and honest about the problem and cahrged me less than what others wanted just for a inspection. I definately reccommend Thermo Pro's

We lost heat on Christmas Eve 2022, it was widespread in the area, we called over 30 companies and Michael @ ThermoPros came out on Christmas Day at 8 in the evening to take care of us. He identified a quick fix for the problem and we scheduled a follow up to get it running with a proper efficiency and as soon as the weather got out of sub - zero temperatures ThermoPros contacted us to schedule the follow up. That went smoothly, things are operating as if brand new and we can't say enough about the assistance from ThermoPros.

Mike is very professional and knowledgeable in his trade, he responded the same morning that I called him and repaired my furnance within 1.5hrs. I would highly recommend his service.

Mike was extremely attentive to the required task. I asked that he simply braze the lines I had on my system but stayed after hours (he cut off his charging time) to ensure the system worked. He's a high quality service that provides one step above what you ask for to get a good final product. I would recommend you work with him over any other service out there if he's available. Lines were brazed and given a warranty to be rebrazed if they leaked. Withstood pressure test and are working. Can't give enough good reviews.

Mike was on time, clean, helpful, and able to answer questions and allow time for complete and thorough work. No pressure up selling involved. Bonus- he was great with my three large dogs. Very pleased with his work.

Thermo Pros was an exceptional service. I called on Christmas Day when I woke up to no heat. Thermo Pros tried to talk me through solving the problem on my own, but I could not. They then came out within hours and solved my problem promptly. Staff was friendly and helpful.
