    Ohio Heating Installed two ductless minisplit systems for our third floor attic, and I am very pleased with their work. It would be hard to imagine that the level of customer care they provided, from start to finish, could be matched by anybody else. I would highly recommend Ohio Heating for your HVAC needs!

    0star if I could. Call this company for my commercials refrigerator. I have one guy usually fix for my restaurant, but he is retired. So I find this place in google. A untruth lie company.first I was been told because my place is 40 min away from this I need charges ex 100 bucks from transport fee. And labor is 160 for a hour. Which is fine I paid what I need to paid.second the restaurant open 11, the mechanic can coming any time but he have to call me before he coming.that make sense right. They take your credit card before they coming, I was too naive. No any company do that. I call the company several time. Asking about how you guys charge me. finally a woman show up , she deny everything . So I have to paid while the guy in the car play with his phone for two hour.she told me I don’t know what other company do that’s what we do. And she questioned me why I call her company for so far away. Here is something I have to say. There is no company in Newark in the google that fix commercial refrigerator. Also 40 minutes is no so far away. The plumber i always call is in Columbus which 40 minutes away. And she deny transfer fee. I have to paid the time from the guy leave the office and he come back.

    We used Ohio Heat to repair our central heat. They charged a $49 fee to show up, parking fees, AND labor time for the COMMUTE from their previous job. Seeing how I have no control over where their last job was or if they actually spent that time commuting to my location (or took a lunch break for all I know) is ridiculous. Furthermore, this commute time was charged in addition to a $49 fee to show up. The first time I let it go as I was just happy to have the heat working in winter.

    Unfortunately, the unit broke again after a couple of uses. I asked them to come back and re-evaluate it. They charged me for repairs as if this was a new problem. It was not communicated to me that the fan needs to be on for any heat to work (which was the issue) or that the wires were worn down. The repair man was on site working for 58 minutes. He disappeared to his truck for 30-40 minutes to write a receipt with three sentences on it and I was quoted (after all the work was done) for 2.25 hours of labor in addition to the $49 fee to show up. I was shocked seeing how it was their repair just a couple weeks ago that failed and I paid when it was repaired incorrectly the first time.

    When they sent me an invoice via email they charged me for EIGHT HOURS of labor. This more than doubled the quote provided on site when the repairman was working for less than an hour. This is an untrustworthy company that will overcharge for labor and invoice you more than double.

    Had technician, Scott repair my industrial beverage cooler. He was professional, timely and very knowledgeable. Cooler is fixed! Would highly recommend and will use them again.

    They came out look at the problem, promise a estimate, delivery an estimate, we accept, they set up a date, and delivered and installed. I am totally taken with your company. I promise to use you again if needed and will give references if requested.

    They did an outstanding job of replacing my entire HVAC system. Very professional and very clean, I couldn't ask for a better job. In addition to quoting very fair prices, they take the time to explain what they're doing and why so I can understand. I highly recommend working with this company. Five Stars and two thumbs up!

    I just had the greatest experience using Ohio Heating and Cooling. A gentleman named Dave came to our house after we reached out about having our AC unit replaced. He came, educated us on our current unit, and fixed the issue all in 45 minutes. While other companies we called immediately told us we needed a brand new unit, Dave was honest and took the time to properly diagnose the issue and fix it. He also was kind enough to correct some other things that would help our unit run much more efficiently. My family highly recommends Ohio Heating and Cooling and especially Dave or as we call him our HERO.

    I work for Tesla. Had Nate come out for a quote on a job on Monday. Was told id receive a quote once he was back to the shop and done calculations later that day. I have called several times now with no response back. They have my email and phone. Very poor customer service.

    I was referred to try Ohio heating and I am very pleased that I was. I called to get an estimate for a new A/C installed in a old home with no ac. Amber was very polite to take my call and get the info and schedule me a in home estimate with Dave.
    , Dave explained to me about estimate and product ( availability)they would use.

    I was very pleased with the estimate and proceeded to schedule for the install that day.
    About 6 days later I received a call from Dave that he had all the Eqipment for my install.

    The installer Kevin and Don showed up the next day early and they are true professionals at there job.I would be very comfortable to say that I will only use Ohio heating .

    One of your vans just shoved me out of the fast lane going over 85 mph, the license plate is PMN 3754, I called to let the owner know but the customer service lady basically blew me off and said I need a truck number when I have dash footage and a license plate number, I was traveling at 74 mph. Don’t know what kind of work is so important that you have to drive dangerously and put my life at risk but this isn’t okay, I will be following up, I think it’s a cop out for your customer service if you aren’t willing to care about people safety who aren’t your customers Thanks for blowing my concerns off
