    The installation of our new AC and Heating units were done by Justin N. and Nick E. They were very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and respectful. They took care to protect our home and our property while moving the new equipment in and removing the old. They explained what they were doing and made sure to answer any questions we might have before they left. They worked well together and if the units work as well as they did I know we will continue to be pleased.

    We had Stevenson come out and do a maintenance for us. As expected, they told me that my unit was old (was from 2005) and needed replacement. What I got next was a Quote for the advantage plan that had a cash price of $19,700 and a monthly cost of only $257 a month. At first I was thinking that this was a reasonable price till I did the math. The no interest offer for 15 years has a total cost of $46,000. If this is no interest, how do you account for the additional $26,300. When I asked about this, I was told that the difference is accounted for by the fact that they maintain the unit yearly and covers 10 years of repairs. Since threes a 10 year warranty, there should be no cost for repairs and you can pay for a lot of maintenance with the cost difference. It should be called the "Taking advantage plan" I did not get a warm and fuzzy feeling about this and would think long and hard before signing up for what appears to be a lease plan for the equipment. While they where there, no one offered any prices to fix my current equipment and offer me any type of cheaper alternative for repairs. all they wanted to do was sell me new stuff.
