Stevenson Service Experts

We had another great experience using Stevenson Service Experts. They came out to provide a yearly A/C system maintenance. Our technicians this time were Vincent Starr and Tyler Kerlin. They called ahead to let us know that they were on their way. They provide a detailed explanation of the work that they would be performing during their visit. At the end, they gave an overview of their findings and provided a few recommendations. We will using this company again in the future.

I have their annual service contract, which by the way I highly recommend.
I had my a.c. tune-up this morning.

Vincent S. Called 15 mins. ahead, showed at that 15 minute time. He was extremely professional, and efficient but thorough.

If I had my choice I would definitely want him back for any future services I may need.

Tanner and Tyler came out today for my annual AC maintenance.
They were professional and friendly and went straight to thier work. After they were done, they discussed with me the findings/recommendations and said they would see me in a few months for our annual furnace maintenance. Great guys...

I’ll only choose Stevenson Service Experts for my HVAC & home plumbing services and emergencies. They are quick to respond, timely, and honest, and I didn’t feel like I was being up charged or sold services I didn’t need. Scott Carter - one of their service tech, explained the need for duct cleaning due to a recent home remodel. As spring is approaching, he inspected the AC to ensure it is ready. I also was able to subscribe to their maintenance + plan, which I’m sure will be super helpful should an emergency repair arise.

Definitely really appreciate Ryan b and Tyler kerlin. these two gentlemen took their time to make sure I understood exactly what was wrong with my furnace and what my options were very clearly. even help me figure out better ideas on the best quality new windows etc. you would think these two gentlemen were the owners of the company how attive they were to listen to my concerns etc. very professional very helpful. thank you for hiring the right kind of people that actually care and are trustworthy. you guys are excellent thank you 😊👍

Vincent Starr was so thorough and very professional! No pressure about anything, but all the information I need to make informed thoughtful repairs. Thank you, we would gladly recommend you and have you back to our home!

Vincent S. and Tyler K. were great. Very professional and knowledgeable. The only problem I had was the communication with the office. The guys that came out said one thing and the lady on the phone said another. Everything got figured out in the end. Would definitely recommend you all to family/friends.

Tyler and Vincent notified me they were on their way, arrived within the specified appoint time, and performed the maintenance on my two units promptly. Maintenance contract is a good value and techs are always within the time window that I have scheduled.

Tanner Gary was our technician. He was on time, friendly and knowledgable. He spent time answering my questions and explaining processes for our heating and AC systems. We are very happy with his services he provided.

RYAN B helped diagnose our system, change the filter, and provide quotes on UV filtrations to help keep our system clean. He was professional and informative without being pushy. Would recommend to anyone looking to tune up their AC before summer.
