    Just bought a new house and needed the HVAC system serviced because the AC wasn't working. Service Experts came out within one day of calling to do the AC and furnace check up. We ended up getting a new system, and these guys were very knowledgeable to help us decide the best one for our needs. They even installed the system the same week! Timely, professional, and friendly. Will continue using their service in the future.

    Earlier this month I called Stevenson when I noticed my heat wasn’t working, They sent Ernest and Ali to come check it out. They arrived within the time window and were super friendly! Sadly, there wasn’t much they could do because I needed to replace EVERYTHING!!! So they gave me all the info I needed and scheduled me another appointment! Over the next few days I met with Josh, Darrell, Dan, and Stan who were all so nice, polite, and friendly!! They all gave courtesy calls before arriving and arrived within the time window given! They kept me informed on what was being done and they answered any questions I had!! I am very pleased with my service and highly recommend Stevenson Service Experts!!!

    I just had my annual furnace check up and had a great experience. First, Stevenson called me to remind me about the check up and then found a date and time that worked with my schedule. The Service Technician, Ernest, called me 20 minutes before he arrived and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very courteous and professional. He examined the furnace and explained everything he did. He then explained his findings and how I could fix them. I had a great customer experience.

    Our furnace burned out when it got cold recently. We called early in the morning, they showed up the same morning to give us an estimate for the repair. We were given the price to repair or replace the furnace. There was no pressure and we had time to make up our minds. We went with the replacement. The next morning two amazing techs Brian Severt and Shane Smith came to install the new furnace. They worked efficiently and finished in just under 3 hours. They walked me through the new system and we couldn’t be more happy our house is warm again.

    Blown away by the service I received; starting with the my initial phone call, the receptionist was so sweet and nice. Then I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to send someone out the next day!! I was told a technician would be here between 4-6 and our tech arrived just before 4!! Lavon was so friendly and informative, answered any questions I had, and broke down all of my options with honesty and transparency. Price was fair and just as discussed!! A+ customer service and will definitely use then again in the future

    Ali was a very friendly person. He worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and was very professional. He even provided discounts to save money and gave me multiple recommendations for my home equipment. Excellent customer service!

    -Ali is no longer employed with this company. This company is not what they use to be! The receptionists are snobby and do not know what they are talking about when you ask them questions. I had to constantly repeat myself for them to understand basic questions about their services! Thomas was assigned to us to replace Ali. What a ripoff!

    Our furnace kept overheating and Thom advised us to replace the thermostat. We did and that did not fix the issue. Next, he advised us to get our ducts cleaned due to dust causing the system to overheat. That has nothing to do with the overheating per Sears. This company wanted to charge us $500 foe duct cleaning!! Ripoff!

    Sears resolved our issue since we were under warranty and our gas was too high, which caused the overheating issue!! Ridiculous to rip off a elderly household!

    We had Stevenson Service Experts out to do a maintenance check on our furnace and AC units. Joe Violet was the tech that was onsite. Joe was prompt at the time appointment time and very courteous. I feel that he spend appropriate amount of time preforming the cleaning and maintenance. He explained everything that he was doing. He was able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Stevenson Service Experts and Joe Violet.
