Rite Temperature Heating & Cooling

We called when our AC failed, and they showed up super quickly on a Saturday. The gentleman they sent replaced the capacitor or a very reasonable price, and it’s been working perfectly ever since.

Called and had a technician come check what was wrong with my furnace, he told me what he thought was wrong..said he needed to go talk to his boss and would call me and let me know what they need to do....never got a returned call, so I contacted them and whoever answered the phone was very rude, and still no one has called me. This place is not dependable, if the job is too much tell me, dont just leave someone with 4 children waiting to hear from you!!

The tech that came out accessed the problem explained what was wrong and gave us a cost efficient solution. The tech was very friendly and thorough. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.

not sure what has happened with this company I used them before and had great service but SHADY comes to my mind my mom passed in August and then my furnace go's out in October come to find out it was 25 years old --- so ok lets replace it I was told it would be 90% efficient once the financing was approved for $3200.00 all of a sudden there was no way to vent it and all kinds of excuses no way it could not be done that way had to go with a 80% I thought well that it is ok at least it is new and I needed a dryer vent anyway so I was told the dryer vent would be done the day of the install and the install is done and no dryer vent so once again every excuse why it could not be done --- double ban board and if it was in the front my side walk and drive way would accumulate ice 3200.00 dollars for the average furnace SHADY JUST SHADY Think twice and please do take time to research what they say this review is in the hope's that they do not take anyone else and complaints with the BBB and Greenscape the fiance company will be filed against them as well good luck and please be careful

my original review from Bendy and Boris 1964 boris 19645 was a true review after my issues in October and after 3 months finally got to the problem it was an employee that is no longer with Rite temp the lies let me tell you it is too much to put in writing I still was not sure so I reached out to my attorney I got the name and number of the license holder for Rite temp and OMG Rebecca was right this company bent over backwards for all the mistakes of this fired employee made and they made everything right and more Thank you Brent Bob and Rebecca you will always have my business

Had our issues fixed within 10 minutes. Very professional and great service.

Called them this morning because my air conditioning wasn't working and they were here within 2hrs and had it fixed. Didn't cost an arm and a leg either. Thank you guys
