Ed Emerson and associates HVAC

Shawn and Mike came to do routine maintenance on our AC unit today (5/24/2023). I have never had a more pleasant experience with an HVAC company than I did today. They explained to me everything that they were doing and told me how I could even mitigate further issues. I will definitely be recommending Ed Emerson & Associates to all my neighbors, friends and colleagues. Top notch in all aspects of business. Very pleased. They got here quickly . Shawn and his trainee was very friendly. They knew exactly what to look at and fixed it quickly. I will use them on any other issues I may have in the future.

Furnace wasn’t working properly; called Ed Emerson & associates and Shawn responded & stated he was with a customer and would head my way as soon as finished. He arrived, was professional, personable and made sure I understood what was going on with my furnace and fixed it. Shawn was amazing!! It was Christmas Eve and my furnace needed help! I called and Shawn was out in no time and had my furnace fixed! He gave me great advice and tips to go forward with. I cannot recommend Shawn enough!!! He’s honest and has great prices!!!

December 23rd and our heat stopped during -8° temperatures at night. Shawn took our call while finishing up another job and was on his way after. He quickly assessed the issue, tested and validated (faulty pressure sensor on 2yr old unit) and had us back up and running within minutes. Highly recommended.

My family has had work done by Shawn for 3 different homes. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional , and honest. Every time Shawn came to look at our problems he explained to us the best options to fix them and has never pushed us to fully replace our furnaces or AC units, unlike other companies. My furnace was only blowing cold air. Called Ed Emerson and Assoc. Spoke with Shawn who diagnosed the problem over the phone. He knew my model of furnace had a defect in the circuit board that he had seen many times. He replaced it for $440. Now my furnace works fine. Shawn is friendly, honest, knowledgable and his prices are fair. I asked how much a new furnace would cost, he said about $2000.
Another company told me $6-8K. Call Shawn Emerson. You will not be ripped off as with another larger company.

Shawn was professional and amazing. He explained everything to me and took his time to make sure i was comfortable and satisfied with my service before I left. Same day service was affordable and timely.

Shawn did a great job repairing my AC unit. I had another company out that wouldn't even discussing repairing the system. He did a great job and saved me over $5k from what the other company wanted to charge me.
