Legacy was quick to book our appt. Chris, the technician who provided our service on 12/21/21, provided a call in plenty of time before his arrival. The repair was professional, quick, and at a reasonable cost! I highly recommend Legacy!

Chris came to replace a blower motor that another company quoted extremely high and a week+ out. He was able to locate the motor we needed the same day and for a much better price. I am extremely happy and will be calling them for any future issues or work. I really wish I would’ve called them first!

After 25 years with the same HVAC, I decided it was time to end our relationship and move on. Legacy came highly recommended from a good friend so I gave them a call. Chris Ellis came to my house the next day, sat down and explained all options available to me. He helped me pick the best choice for me, to meet my needs, and provided a quote that was fair and reasonable, substantially lower than other quotes received. He was able to get me scheduled within a week and as promised, he called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He and his assistant Jess were very professional and efficient in setting up my new, noticeably quieter, system. Oh, and I can't forget to mention that I also got a wi-fi thermostat to go with my new HVAC. Kudos to Chris and Jess for a very pleasant experience!!! Thank you!
