The tech came on time as promised and did the diagnostic and all the work without any issues

After receiving an extremely high quote from another company, I searched around and found Legacy. They were so awesome and flexible and I was charged according to the work and parts used, without overcharging. They had a tech come out during the time we requested and it was done so fast! James was our tech. He was extremely kind and respectful. Our overall experience was amazing. Thank you so much!

Called on a Thursday because furnace was not working and we needed to have the shop open on Friday and Saturday. They came the next day and repaired the furnace. The service person was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. He also replaced the filters while he was there. We were very pleased with the service and the cost. We even asked him to quote a job at another business.

James came out to check my furnace that was blowing cold air. He is the nicest professional I’ve met in a long time. He checked my 22year old furnace.....I’m replacing it with Legacy in record time. If you have any hvac needs don’t hesitate to call Legacy.....they are the best & hopefully you’ll get James!!
