do not hesitate calling these guys, I had such a pleasant experience! The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and informed me of what he was finding in my inspection every step of the way. He explained what my options were and talked me through each of the solutions and their costs. I loved how honest and transparent he was with pricing, tough to find these days! They will be my go-to from now on!

Rick and Tom were both friendly and courteous. They were able to answer any questions we had about the new furnace and AC that were installed. The office staff made it easy to setup appointments as well. I would recommend them both if you need a complete replacement for either the furnace or AC.

It was a great experience from the initial phone call and my AC maintenance today. Brian explained everything in a very understandable way. He was very knowledgeable, courteous & efficient. I highly recommend him and this company!

Quick synopsis: A/C went out in the middle of the night in late July. Sent Dor-Mar an appointment request through their website. Choose them because of all the 5 star reviews and 24/7 support. Got a call at 8:30 am from the dispatch saying someone would be calling for afternoon appointment when they are on their way. Ron called me at noon saying him and Rob were 29 minutes away. They showed up in exactly 30 minutes. They were very profession and nice got to work right away, after introducing themselves to me and my wife. They diagnose the problem in less than 5 minutes and had it fixed in 10 minutes. It was great. So good we even asked them to look at another issue we had with are duct system and they were able to suggest a fix to the problem. Cannot recommend any higher!

Had a great experience with Dor-Mar! The company was very responsive and timely with my request. Alan came out and fixed my air conditioner, which only took about 20 minutes total. He was polite, efficient and incredibly helpful.

I had an older gentleman by the name of Steve install my new HVAC units last year, he was kind, informed, and took his time to do the job correctly. Since then the company has kept up with and/or reached out to me regarding any issues, preventative maintenance, and added services included in my purchase. Customer service is always kind, they follow up, and work around my schedule really well.
I have yet to encounter anyone who has made me feel isn't adequate or is inexperienced and winging it. A gentleman by the name of Brian came out yesterday to do a routine check on my AC unit. With our current pandemic in progress he was very understanding and allowed us the option of completing his service without entering the home. He wore a mask and gloves and wasn't bothered by me standing safely away while still answering questions I had regarding the system, his process, and routine cleaning I can do to help maintain my investment between their visits. All in all I recommend the company and haven't had a bad experience to date. The only thing that may deter people is the price points, however they are willing to negotiate and you get what you pay for with peace of mind. Thanks guys.

Dor-Mar is a wonderful company. Our heat went out last night and it was fixed by this afternoon. Brian was so friendly and he got the heat up and running in 10 minutes. We also used them for our AC last summer and we would recommend to anyone with heating and cooling needs.

They are Good people. They will work with you no matter you're situation. They're courteous, professional, respectful, they listen to you, their prices are more than fair, & they'll work with you anyway they can to help you out in your time of need. Ron came out and serviced my furnace quickly and efficiently. It needed a tune up and he got my furnace working in about 20 minutes. He was very helpful as a pestered him with questions. Ron was very professional and overall it was a great experience!

Called because we were without heat for 5 days. Ron took extremely great care of our heating needs. Great service, explained everything step by step.He was very very thorough in finding and repairing the problem. Great service from a great tech. Thanks Ron.
