Installers and QA inspector were professional and courteous, answering questions as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. They are good enough that this is my family’s 3rd time using them for 3 different houses. We will definitely use them again should future residences require it.

Tech arrived without a tall enough ladder and damaged our ceiling by using aluminum ceiling supports to access the roof. Still int fix the issue and automatically charged us $220 more than the quoted price. After politely discussing with the manager what happened and requesting a refund and repair for the damage they ghosted us and said there was nothing they could do.

I was pleased with the service because, the service tech got right in and did what was necessary and didn't take a lot of time doing it. I gave a 4 star rating because, they were unable to do the original appointment. So, that was an inconvenience to our schedule 📅. It be nice if there was something done for being inconvenience. Other than that it was fine.

I’ve had a great experience with Dor-Mar from the start. Very friendly and easy to coordinate with the office, plenty of warning and advanced notice on calls from the technicians, and overall just a great experience communicating! Tim came out for my latest check up after a refrigerant refill and dye test, showed me the issue from the original install (completed by a different company), and fixed it on the spot. He even took the time to share some energy saving tips and made sure everything else in the house was working well! Would definitely recommend.

I contacted Dor-Mar to do a reading on a $200 dye test they conducted over a week ago. Scheduled for that Wednesday. Tuesday I was contacted to reschedule for Friday. Set appointment and changed my appointments to meet their schedule even though they claim to be a 24 hr service. Contacted today that they need to reschedule for next week because of THEIR scheduling problems. Had to cancell ALL of MY appointments for the 31st. Not satisfied with THEIR incompetence to set and keep appointments.

My blower motor died and left us without A/C in the summer. These guys came out same day to diagnose and were back ASAP to replace the motor when the part came in. Both techs and the office staff were awesome, highly recommend this company.

Brad was very knowledgeable about the units and took his time to find out if we had a leak in the AC unit or in the lines. He also took the time to tie up a few wires on the furnace and trim off some excess hose. Before leaving he showed us some features of our thermostat that were very helpful. Brad was very courteous and kept the area clean. He wasn't able to start our job until almost dark on Friday evening. In order to do the job right, he needed daylight, so he returned and finished the next morning. I give him 5 stars for his service.

The reason for only a 4 star rating from me for the company, is because our job wasn't originally started by Brad. Another technician came out on Friday morning and had to get something from the office to check for a leak. He didn't return and we had to call the office to find out when he would be back. At 3:00 we were told someone else would be back out around 7:00 and that turned into 8:30 pm. I'm disappointed in the lack of communication of what was going on and why he didn't return. All in all, our AC unit got recharged and it is working fine. Thank you Brad for the work that you did to get us our air conditioning working again!

I noticed something was wrong with our AC 2 nights ago when the temperature in our house kept rising as the day went on. I Called Thursday for a service call with Dor Mar and got an appointment by 2pm same day! The initial service tech wasn’t able to do anything because our AC unit didn't have universal refrigerant caps, so he put out in the notes that we needed another service call ASAP. Next day, Brian M, was able to come out and helped our unit get back to running properly! This is the quickest i have had a company come out to help whenever I have had ac/furnace issues. Will definitely use again!

I needed a gas log fire place removed and routine maintenance for my gas furnace and gas water heater. Both Alan and Brian were so polite and professional! They arrived when they said they would and took care of the work I requested quickly. I had some questions and they took the time to answer them for me. I really appreciate the work they did! I am going to have them come back to do my a/c maintenance and clean all the ducts in my house. Dor Mar will be caring for my home from now on.

Doug and Jeremy, the installers were exceptionally professional and personal and dependable. Sell dresses, well behaved, and exceptional workmanship.

Also amazed at next day service, for a new install; that is remove the old one and install a new one, which is absolutely amazing.

I feel like royalty, I called in and was treated like a king from everyone involved.
