After paying 250 we walked away feeling like nothing was accomplished. Found a separate company to do the work that was not even what was said was the problem in the first place. It was a rush job with no care in the world. If I could give zero stars I would. Thanks for absolutely nothing except taking 250 from us.

I had a Dor-Mar technician tell me my furnace is over 10 years old and in need of $200 of repair. Also told me I needed my ducts cleaned and quoted $600 for that. I had my ducts cleaned by another company for $300. I had another HVAC company come out for a second opinion. They advised my furnace is only 3/4 years old and does not need repairs. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I WOULD STAY AWAY. Shady shady shady. EDIT: They just followed up with me to say they thought their tech gave a fair evaluation of my Furnace. They guy said the technician could have shut our furnace down because of a code violation. What a laughable company. What a joke. These guys are terrible.

Service was excellent. He explained everything he was going to do and was prompt in doing so. He was very professional and polite.

Honestly, I thought that all of the five-star reviews meant that this was some sort of scam-I’m cynical that way. But I couldn’t have been more wrong. Wes said he would be here at 9:33pm, and that’s exactly when he got here. He went out back, checked out our A/C, and had it up and running before 10. He was polite, efficient, and professional. After some bad experiences in the past, we finally have a trustworthy HVAC team. I can’t recommend Dor-Mar enough.

We recently moved to FL and decided to rent out our condo in Ohio for awhile. The renter called on a Sunday and said the AC stopped working on a 95 degree day. Called DorMar and they came out within a couple hours, tested the system and got it running again. They even waived the service call because I bought the annual service plan. Good deal!

Waking up to a freezing cold house wasn’t my idea of fun. I called in and was told they’d have someone to me ASAP. Brian showed up and was amazing. He told me exactly what was wrong, fixed it quickly, gave me some tips on how to keep us safer when it comes to carbon monoxide (turns out my detector was way too high) and he gave me some ideas on how they could put a tankless water heater in for us and save us some much needed room in our untility closet. He was totally awesome. Thank you Brian!

Ron did a great job servicing my system! Came right back when there was a mixup with scheduling and I'm sure that was inconvenient for him but he was on it like dag gone it!

Al was friendly and quick! Had my AC up and running within 10 minutes! I highly recommend this company and will be sure and tell anyone in need of repair! Thanks Al! Stay cool!
