Called Best Service to check out our generator, which did not kick on during the latest power outage. There was a bit of a mix up at first with the technician that was sent (thermostat repair) but it was remedied immediately and another technician was sent that same day. He returned the following day to complete the repair and it was seamless. Great customer service on all sides and we will absolutely use this business again!

Matt was our technician, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He came in diagnosed the problem and repaired AC unit. We will definitely use Best Service for our HVAC needs and recommend them to our family and friends.

Requested replacement of a $16 capacitor. Sent pictures of old part clearly showing the blown capacitor. Sent technician for a $90 diagnostic service. Technician didn't have to diagnose anything, but wanted to charge me $278 for replacing the capacitor. When I called the owner, he used the justification that he has insurance and operating costs to justify this huge percentage markup. Definitely price gouging. Cannot recommend for any service call.

Mat came to check out our A/C system and gave a report of his findings. Seemed very thorough and answered all our questions. He did leave a klein magnetic quarter inch nut driver which i would like to return , if he calls we can make arrangements for return,

We thought we needed a new thermostat for our AC. I had authorized whatever repairs were needed to fix it. After the diagnosis it was something that could be easily fixed. I would only need to pay the cost of the service call. The tech could have replaced my thermostat and charged me hundreds.
He did not.

Of course my furnace went out during the coldest days of the year so far. Called Best Service as a second estimate after another company gave me an ASTRONOMICAL estimate that the tech told me may NOT fix my issue but they "HAD" to address that first. So to clarify ASTRONOMICAL, $3,200. I called Best Service and they were able to get a tech out within hours and he fixed the issue quickly for a total cost including the service fee for $115. Literally a small part needed to be cleaned and my furnace is back up and running. I will definitely be using them from now on for all of my HVAC needs. I highly recommended them.

Very happy with the service we received! Our heating had been acting strange for a few weeks and we were having a hard time maintaining the temperature, after changing the thermostat and determining that wasn't the issue like we hoped, we realized it was time to call someone. Setting up the appointment was very easy, I called around 9am and they said someone would be by between 9 and noon the same day. Matt Stanton came out to our house and could not have been any nicer or more professional, he was able to find the part we needed the same day even among a parts shortage (originally we thought it would take a week to get it), and everything was fixed by 2:30 the same day during one of the coldest weeks of the winter thus far.

You never know with heating and cooling companies, it's very easy to get taken since most people don't know much about it and they can catch you in a moment of desperation. But we felt like Matt was completely honest with us, he explained everything thoroughly and even gave us advice on how to best improve our system in the future. Highly recommend!
